The thieves' guild is a converted apartment building. It's a few stories tall, but it goes deep underground. How far is not exactly sure.
The common area is above ground, on the ground floor. There are a few arcade games there, a couple overly stuffed couches and plenty of outlets. <3

Thag was juggling knives, his swords, 2 pistols, a cactus, and a couple of things that he had found when he was ransacking Izze's room. Half of the things (the ones that belonged to him) were on fire. He had gotten bored with the mundane life that he had been up to for the past few hours. He was using old techniques to keep the things on fire. He liked the old methods. He was pretty sure that the pistols needed to go back to their real owners as well. He didn't use the things himself, though he had advanced his sword tech, juggling his old swords. However, he now ran into a slight problem. He had forgotten to turn off the fire system that went off now, putting out the flames on his weapons and the pistols. He was soon extremely drenched in the fire extinguisher fluid, and he dropped the cactus on the floor, however, the pistols were captured and disappeared up his sleeves, the knives landed in his hands and disappeared as they hit. His swords also disappeared from view as they hit his hands. The items the belonged to Izze, however, he caught and held on, balancing them easily before setting them down on the ground.

Izze bounded down the stairs, then reached into the closet beneath the stairs and shut off the fire alarm. "The hell's going on?" she shouted, wiping the extinguisher fluid from her face.

Candixie Spun around under the foaming fluid It was cool and tingled, she giggled hysterically. "Thag, you Pyro." she accused in sudden seriousness. It was hard to take her so though with her hair and clothes streaked with the anti-inflammatory fluid. Holding her arms out to her sides she glared at him "Just look at what you've done to my outfit!! Haven't you been told about juggling things on fire inside?" She filled her words with righteous indignation.

The closet behind Izze took a breath in. "I'm sure that the kid forgot to turn off the fire extinguisher system before trying his juggling act," it said in a well modulated female's voice, sounding almost like a simple computer AI. At Candy's comment, Thag tilted his head back, tapping his chin, seeming to be thinking back in time. "No, I don't think that he has," said the closet in a tone of resignation. Thag didn't consider himself a pyro either. It was just part of his act that he often did right before people realized that their pants were missing. The closet expressed displeasure at Thag having been called a pyro by blowing a raspberry at her. Thag often used his ability to change his voice and cast it to different objects whenever the schizophrenic Candy was around. Thag acted like he didn't hear the voices and then walked past the spas to Izze. "I think that these are yours," he said in her tone of voice, as he held out his arms that were full of the items he had taken from her room. Then he smiled and said and said in his normal voice, "For the horde!"

Izze took her things back with a huff, hugging them close to her. She gave him a second glare of indignation at the game reference. "I will kill you," she threatened before turning around to return her things to her room.

Candixie jumped at the voice behind her Frowning at the impudent closet for mocking her she opened it to look around at the inside, closing it back she glared at Thag "Quit that." She growled, before knocking a hole through the disrespectful closet door to teach it a lesson. She had enough trouble discerning the real voices from the false ones around her and in her head as it was, without the annoying Thagrin casting around with his voice to make her jump. "I'll help her," She stated firmly, referring to Izzy's threat. "I know how for there to not be a body afterward even." she commented looking thoughtful as though considering even now how to dispose of him.

"Hey!" Izze shouted at Candixie. "If you want to break things, break him, or go get something we can pawn off to actually pay for stuff around here." When she had bought the building, she hadn't expected it to be so expensive to keep up. And with their dwindling numbers, it was difficult to keep a steady stream of money coming in to keep things like electricity paid off, much less to keep up with repairs for the surprisingly clumsy group.

The closet was a relatively decent place for Rishi to begin her spying. She kept her presence to a minimum, remaining in the shadow realm for the most part, while she extended her senses out. The newly made hole in the close helped her get a decent view of the situation. Honestly, the thieves were not the same as they used to be...

Thag smiled at the head thief. "No worries. I'll get something." He was eager to please, and he had been the cause of the mess, after all. The foam on the ground now was because of the fire systems. He was thinking maybe a cleanup bot, or maybe a maintenance droid, though those took allot of maintenance. OH! He knew what to get. He'd steal a maintenance man. But that seemed like it might give more away than they'd actually receive with that ploy. He knew that he was just distracting himself from actually doing anything at the moment. He knew what he was going to steal already. He had been doing similar things for years. It earned good money, and nobody ever caught him. He had sometimes thought about going into magic, but it just wouldn't be as much fun as stealing from people was. He gave a theatrical bow to Izzie, ran at the window, and leapt out into the air, freefalling past the sill before he vanished. It wasn't a teleporting deal, like some others did, nor was it a portal, like the cheap dimension hoppers did. He just vanishes all at once, like he was never there. Of course, most people think that he just does like Batman and does whatever it was that Batman did to disappear so readily. It wasn't like that though, although he was often flattered to be compared to Batman.

Izze sighed, looking through her belongings to make sure nothing was damaged. Few of her things were waterproof, but it seemed that all of them stood up to the recent abuse. One of her robotic bugs was crawling up her arm, and she cooed at it as she went up the stairs to dump all her things on her bed. On her way back down, she had an idea. "You know, all the spare parts I've got around here, I should make something to clean up after these kids." Her mood suddenly brightened. "Candy, come on. I need a second pair of hands."

"And I thought I was a pyro." Came a quiet voice from just outside the room. Aira had come up from one of the many below ground levels wondering who had suddenly drenched the entire building in extinguisher fluid and had arrived just a few moments before Thag left. "He ruined my schematics for the mansion I was gonna hit tomorrow night."

Candixie Brightened cheerfully dashing behind Aira and peeking around her shoulder as though she was hiding. "Help! she wants me to fix things!" the Hyperactive skitz exclaimed from her relative safety. She was not mechanically inclined, and was actually surprised Izz had forgotten what had happened the last time Candi had tried to "fix" something.

"So wing it," Reaper stated to Aira. He came out of his room careful to avoid the particularly slick spots of extinguisher foam on the ground. "Iz? I'll help you out. Voluntarily. We might also want to take a look at the extinguisher system. It went off downstairs when it wasn't even supposed to drench this whole floor like it did." He had helped fix the system. He should know. Looks like it had broken again. Luckily, his room wasn't on the system. He had to protect his books from the slick foam that would ruin paper. "Later, I'll help you sack that mansion you're looking into," he stated back at Aira. "I need to keep in practice."
