A Child’s Fantasy
All my life, since I was a little girl,
I wished for a love that made my vision blur;
My heart beat funny and my cheeks burn pink;
To have a romance that could never be beat.
All my life since I was young,
I dreamed I would be dancing in a field of flowers singing a song of love;
He’d be riding a white horse and would hold his hand out to me;
I’d get on the horse and ride away to a place where I would always be free.
All my life since I can remember,
Id picture a snowy day in December,
When fluffy white snow would fall just enough to cover the ground
And my prince would dance with me and twirl me around.
Even now I dream of those things,
But it has an addition-it has two silver rings.
One for my prince and one for me,
Forever bound together and passionately in love we’d always be.
