Anybody think that Square Enix and Jupiter are going to team up again and make a sequel?

Well while the creator wanted to and said this in an interview, he said that they don't have the funding for it at the moment. So in short sometime within a few years most likely if at all, they are preoccupied with Kingdom Hearts, and Final Fantasy.
