This is for crew rank and BELOW to discuss ideas to make this guild better. Mind, these aren't like petitions where you get signatures and such. And no repeating your ideas on each page over and over. Present your idea, and if I think it's a good one, I'll discuss it with the vice captain.

i have a cool idea i think it would be kind of cool if we had a story contest where we write a chapter of a story we made up and the have the author here read it on vote on wich they liked best and then they could get a prize like some good amount of gold or something

I've got some Roleplay Ideas:
1. Maybe make a seperate Topic for people to post up their Roleplay Applications.
2. Add more classes, Maybe?
3. Is the academy like one of those schools where you share a dorm, so if it is then the Roleplayers can decide who will be they'll share a dorm with and then you can post up the dorms?
I got these ideas when I was in a Roleplay Guild called "Vocaloid High" but it was turned into another guild......

1) I think to make this guild more popular what you need is more discussion forums, so that people can talk about things they commonly enjoy. Since it is an otaku guild, of course, you'd need one of anime.
2) Also, making forum games generally makes people post more. They are fun and can be in their own subforum.
