In light of recent events, the staff have decided to open this forum for feedback by you, the customers to be answered by the staff. BUT, don't think we're just opening the door to complaints--everyone needs to be respectful in this subforum. Golden Rule reigns here, boys and girls~

Here's how it works:

Begin your thread title with [Is] if you have an issue you'd like addressed. Please note that you must write things respectfully. We aren't going to pay attention to threads that target specific staff members or use harsh language. These threads aren't for yelling and complaining. If you wouldn't say it to a coworker or boss, you aren't going to say it here. A good way to say something would be: "Hey guys, I'm just having a problem with [issue]. Could you guys explain the reasoning for me there so I can understand better, or look into it revising it. Thanks for your time!" Note that discussions in the thread must also be respectful.

Begin your thread title with [Q] if you have a question. An example would be [Q]--Custom Limits: "Hey, I'm thinking about getting a custom with four wings and three legs and oh yea it can breathe fire. Would that be acceptable?" (And no guys, that's not XD). Others can add their own questions if they're related to the original one (so if Person B wants to ask if their fox have have multiple eyes, they can here as well).

If you'd like to suggest an event, or would like to see a new rule instated, please begin your title with for suggestion.

Rules

-Remember being respectful is the first rule of this subforum (and this goes for us too, staff). If you are seen being disrespectful, to staff or another customer, you will be warned twice. Failure to clean up your language will result in you being barred from the feedback forum. This is an area for civil discussion and cooperation.

-Please read through the forum before posting something. Your question could have already been answered! Similarily, please don't spam the forum with 219392 threads. If it's a minor question that wouldn't be relevant to other people, you can just ask a staff member in-thread. :3

-Please do not bump your topics. We're aware of the threads, but other things can take priority. Please do not ask staff in the shop or by PM to look at your thread. This is a pet peeve for some staff members, so it'll be a blanket rule for all staff.

-Your thread may be answered instantly, it may be answered after a month. This doesn't mean a whole lot. Sometimes things seem to require immediate reconciliation, and sometimes the staff takes time to debate and discuss. When something is answered by the staff, it will be marked [A].

-Answers will be primarily coming from Malikztiah Ankhere, Anrea and myself. However, answers from other staff should also be taken as final unless someone corrects them. Please do not assault a staff member with arguments. It's okay to debate to a point, but if a staff member gives you a final statement, that's how it stands.

-If your thread ends up spanning multiple pages, please write a short summary of the main points in your original post (preferably in list format for easier reading). This ensures we don't miss points, and that things can go faster!

-Things are, of couse, subject to change.

Staff meetings will be held roughly once a month to discuss unresolved topics. Again, things that are easy to answer (like custom questions) may be answered faster.
