There are some things you should know about Contest Central [!]. First off, please be kind and curtious to others. No rude comments to any of the participants in any contests. Such behavior will be...dealt with. Thank you for your consideration!

How to enter a main contest [!]

Entering a main contest, one provided by the CC[!] staff, is easy! Just simply comment under the main contest post with your username, a brief description of what your entry is all about, and a little bio about yourself. Here is an example:

Name: Lulumay
Entry: Dancing to Technologic by Daft Punk
Bio: I'm a little crazy, but love to dance!

If your entry is a video, please post a website URL that directly links to the video. Thank you [!]

How to enter a user contest [!]

Tis' the same process! However, the user who submitted the original contest idea may ask for more information or may have requirements.

How to win [!]

Here at CC[!], we all strive to win! To do this, you must gather a large number of supporting votes from other users. Send your friends to the Vote [!] forum and have them click on the contest you are participating in. To vote, they simply have to comment with your username! Though they may write more, any foul language or degrading of other participants is not allowed. An avatar can vote once everyday up until the contest's deadline. If there are no other participants, you will become the winner and still receive your prize in full. You may vote for yourself! In a user's contest, the creator of the contest's vote counts as 5 votes.

How to submit a contest [!]

This is extremely simple! Just go to the user contest [!] forum and submit your contest idea as a new topic. Please be sure to include your contest's name, description, start and end date, prize amount if there is one, and any special requirements.

How to collect your prize [!]

A prize from winning a main contest will be given through trade within two days of the announcement of the winner. We ask that user contest submitters also abide by this three day rule, but if they wish to change the duration, they must mention so in their contest description. After you collect your prize, your username will be displayed in the Hall of Fame [!] forum with the contest name, what place you won, and what your prize was. If you do not wish for this information to be published, please notify our staff within a week of receiving your prize.
