Race: Demon

Powers: Kujiku's powers are reflected in his eyes. The blue eye signifies his dominate power, lightning manipulation. He can do the normal stuff with lightning. This includes:
- Firing bolts
- Calling down lightning from the sky
- Creating electric fields around himself
- Seeing and reacting faster than most people (electric impulses)
However, the lightning does take its toll on Kujiku. Besides the fact that the more he uses it the more tired he grows, lightning is not completely controllable. The stronger the attack that Kujiku uses and the further away the target is, the more likely it is that the attack will miss or have a lesser than anticipated affect.

Kujiku's lesser power is shown with his red eye. This power is the ability to manipulate darkness. This ability, however, has absolutely no combat application. When Kujiku is in battle he must focus completely on his lightning manipulation or it will backfire on him. However, when outside of combat he can chose to manipulate darkness, allowing him to hide himself in shadows and teleport from shadow to shadow over short distances. He must stop manipulating darkness in order to manipulate lightning.

Bio: Kujiku Mikomi was born to a loving family that believed in God and did all that they could to show their faith. They went to church. They helped the needy. The were the perfect Christian family, which made Kujiku the perfect Christian teenager by this time. That is, until the fire. In the middle of the night, while Kujiku was asleep, something came into the house, something demonic. It took hold of his mother and she poured gasoline all over the house, including her husband, her child, and herself. Before they could react, the woman lit a match and dropped it into a pool of gasoline, setting the house and the persons inside. As Kujiku burned to death he saw the form of the demon emerge from his mother and laugh at him. In this moment Kujiku was filled so much hatred and rage he was deemed unfit for Heaven and was ripped away from his mother and father and condemned to an eternity of torment. While in Hell he found the demon that had caused him all of his misery and killed it, awakening powers he never knew he had. The Devil saw this and sought to use Kujiku as an instrument of chaos and discord. His first assignment: Saraga. Kujiku now works his evils on the Empire of Saraga, seeking to destroy the government, the current Heir, and take over in order to lead the people of Saraga into the same torment he has experienced.

Powers: Alucard's powers are completely under the control of his master and his master must approve his power restrictions. The lower the number, the more power that is released. These levels go from six all the way down to zero. Thanks to his restrictions, however, Alucard is limited to only two of his powers. There are superhuman physique and advanced regeneration. To release his power Alucard has to say the phrase:

"Releasing Control Art Restrictions to level _________. Approval of Situation A recognized. Commencing the Cromwell invocation. Ability restrictions lifted for limited use until target is silenced."

Bio: Alucard was once known as Count Dracula, also known as Vlad III Dracula, the son of Vlad II Dracul. Born in 1431, he later became known Vlad Ţepeş ("Vlad the Impaler") and as Kazıklı Bey ("the Impaling Prince") by the Turks, gaining a fearsome reputation throughout the lands. It is revealed in Alucard's flashback in Chapter 70 of Hellsing, Castlevania (2) that he was enslaved by Ottoman conquerors when he was a child and sodomized by a high ruler. During the whole ordeal, he defiantly clenched a silver cross. When he became the Voivode of Wallachia, he launched an all-out war on the Turks which devastated both sides. Eventually, his troops were defeated, his people were killed (although mostly executed by his own hands), and his homeland was set ablaze. Vlad himself was to be executed. However, before he was beheaded, he drank of the blood from the battlefield and became a true vampire. When he accepted the powers of darkness, the silver cross he had always carried with him shattered.
Centuries later, in 1897, the events of Bram Stoker's Dracula unfold in the backstory of Hellsing. Abraham Van Helsing, Arthur Holmwood, Quincey Morris, and Jack Seward (Jonathan Harker, the last member of their group, is left out of the Hellsing version of the story) were able to defeat Count Dracula and kill those who served him. Abraham Hellsing tells Dracula that Mina was freed from the count's grasp and that he has nothing left. He then stakes the Count through the heart, but he is not destroyed, marking where Hellsing's plot deviates from Bram Stoker's Dracula. From that that point on, the Count became a servant for Hellsing and his descendants, serving each successive generation.
The next known account of Alucard's life is during World War II, in 1944, during the events of Hellsing: The Dawn. Count Dracula now goes by a new name, Alucard, Sir Arthur Hellsing. Alucard, along with a 14-year-old Walter C. Dornez, is sent on a mission to Warsaw, Poland, to stop Millennium's vampire production program. Decades later, in 1969, Alucard was imprisoned in a dungeon in Hellsing manor by Arthur. According to Sir Hugh Irons, Arthur Hellsing came to believe that Alucard was "too powerful a drug to be used as more than the occasional medicine".
Shortly after Arthur's death in 1989, Alucard was awakened and resuscitated by his daughter Integra's blood after she came to his cell and her shoulder was clipped by a bullet. Alucard then blocked and shedded a bullet Richard shot at Integra, allowing Integra the oppurtunity to kill her uncle. She killed Richard and became the head of the Hellsing Organization, and Alucard became her most loyal servant. (Taken from http://hellsing.wikia.com/wiki/Alucard)
