yet another Tied Favorite, In terms of Power, this Reigns Supreme as far as Anime Goes. Cant get over how awesome Gohan Vs Cell is.

One wont be exactly thrilled fighting someone who's shrouded with Lightning. When I thought power hit it's peak, Goku busts out SS3 and makes Gohan look incredibly weak. XD Then Fusion? that's packing some Serious Power.

Hmm, nope. Fighting someone covered in electricity could have some serious downsides. xd The Fusion technique was pretty wicked. Taking the power of a saiyan and multiply it by 2. You just don't get much stronger than that.
