1. Where are the rules and regulations for this tournament?
2. How is going through the members list and picking a name going to work with no prior knowledge of who is active or not?

The rules and regulations are the same as the first. Once the opponents were chosen I will place the brackets up then it begins.

Should you not post an announcement and broadcast to your guild for registrations beforehand, to know who will be the active members and aide the participants in their pairing decisions?
Furthermore, by rules and regulations, I also meant the play. Dueling method(s), standard tournament rules and regulations, specific card rulings, current Advanced Forbidden and Restricted List, etc.?
You should really have this laid out beforehand.

Because as the tournament is being presented at the current time, those who have been here have a high advantage compared to newcomers of this guild. Not welcoming in the slightest.

i suggest that athrun come up with a decent tournament thread and times instead of letting people challenge people he should draw cards to see who is vs who like for me Ace of Spades

You know, I keep checking your profile, and it says that every day you've been on for some given period of time. Being that this is a thread created by you, you should be getting notifications in regards to my replies, so it's not like you're forgetting to check something.
Frankly, I want answers to my questions. Listen, kid, if you decide you're going to hold this out of the blue, you've got to step up and be in charge of it. If you intend to blow this off and not answer a simple question as to the format of this tournament, then you shouldn't bother being in charge of it.

Alright this is stupid if anyone wants to join a dorm theyl fight in my tournament because this is ridiculus... me and a friend will make a guild and you all are welcome that is...if you pass the test...
