The tower sitting dead center of the city houses the Angels and Valkyrie themselves. As well as acting as a base for them to look over Eden. The thirty story building also houses the holograph machine for the dome on its top floor.

The main lobby was a big open area with a circular desk in the center. On the other side one could see specially developed detectors for recognizing all types of weapons and several armed Valkyrie. Past that were the elevator doors.
