A new region has been discovered a ways northeast of the Kanto region, where already a large number of both people and pokémon reside. Professor Oak has already visited there, and has contacted Professor Celine Lavender, head of pokémon research in Innovatia Town, where a handful of young trainers have already set out on their journeys. Professor Lavender wishes to find a handful of seasoned pokémon trainers, ex-villains, and newcomers to start a new research project, to see how the events in other regions have affected people's ability to work with pokémon, and vice versa.
The towns discovered are as follows:
Frostbane Town
Gym Leader: Yuki
"The little Ice Princess"
Badge:Kihone Badge
A small town of little homes, the pokemon center is the largest building in the midst of evergreen trees. Snow falls here almost year-round. The Gym is a tad smaller than the pokemon center, built in the shape of a giant igloo.

"The Short-Tempered Dragon Trainer"
Badge: Eros Badge
A lovely city with modern buildings of steel and glass. There is a school here for beginner pokémon trainers, upstairs from the large pokémon center. The Gym is a large tower-like structure with two dragon statues collided in battle over the entrance.

"The Mysterious Storyteller"
Badge: Erebus Badge
A city of ancient buildings, well-kept but still equally eerie. The Gym is shaped like a medieval castle with black banners on either side of the large door.

"The Uplifting Singer"
Badge: Boreas Badge
A cluster of homes in the trees, connected by a bunch of rope bridges. The Gym is carved into a large Redwood tree, the only structure on the ground.

"The Prophetic Medium"
Badge: Hades Badge
A small seaside town built right on the protective walls of the harbor. The Gym is a decrepit lighthouse, where the souls of pokémon are said to reside.

"The Soulful Miner"
Badge: Gaia Badge
A bustling mining and gambling town. The buildings are made with the rock and ore mined from the caves nearby. The Gym is a massive cave with twisting tunnels and dead ends, with large Obsidian doors at the entrance.

"The Storm-loving Peacemaker"
Badge: Zeus Badge
A town close to nature. Wigwams litter the outskirts while sturdier wooden structures are in its center. The Gym is a large four-room wigwam, with Zapdos totems on either side of the entrance.

Typhoon Valley
Gym Leader: Mizu
"The Underwater Ninja"
Badge: Poseidon Badge
A valley city where the Sylveria River flows into the sea. The Gym is underwater, in a large dome made of thick glass, only accessible by an underwater tunnel from the Aquarium at the edge of the water.

~Prologue~ The rain came down hard the day news came that Team Rocket had reformed, joined in unity by an ambitious duo named Stella and Adam. Former member from all over had rejoiced at the news, as others had simply stared in shock at their televisions as the words flashed across their TVs : Team Rocket is Reborn Professor Lavender had sent out mesages to a few people, asking for their assistance in her latest project. Rosette, a trainer who had traveled to the area a year and a half ago, was the first to reply, and was waiting patiently for the arrival of any others. She looked at her watch, noting that it was almost time for Professor Lavender to make her announcement. A few other trainers had made their way to Innovatia Town, as Rosette stood there, quietly awaiting the announcement when the large monitor mounted to the front of the Pokémon Lab crackled to life, a large red R in the center of the screen. A distorted, eerie voice erupted from the speakers, as moments later, the words that would erupt chaos all over the Koria region stretched across the screen. "Ladies and gentlemen, children and elderly, pokémon and people, I am quite pleased to announce the revival of Team Rocket. I assure you, I am most delighted with the turnout of the new members, hailing from Team Galactic, Team Magma, Team Aqua, and Team Plasma, amongst others."The voice paused a moment, then continued. "At the present moment, I am seeking out a certain... someone, and hopefully you will be most helpful in turning them in. I seek the champion of Koria!"Gasps erupted from the crowd, as Rosette looked around, noting the expressions of alarm amongst the townspeople who had also gathered. "Turn in the champion of Koria, and we shall, perhaps, quietly withdraw. You have forty-eight hours to comply."The monitor went dead. Numerous people began talking at once, worriedly. No one knew who the champion of Koria was! Rosette bit her lip, wondering what would become of this. She hoped the Professor had a plan..

Tru had been napping in the corner with a black cap pulled over her face when the announcement came over the speakers. Her stomach began churning as she listened and her typhlosion pulled her hat off with it's mouth as the voice ended it's evil rant.
"Good idea, Gambit. Don't want anyone thinking we're still working for them." The former grunt scratched the pokemon's head lovingly and slipped the cap in her bag. It licked her cheek and pawed at her belt. "You hate being in those balls... Oh... You're scared. Don't worry, buddy. I won't let them come for us. I promise."
But I suppose they will come for us won't they? she thought. Or at least he will... We didn't leave the team on good terms...

Adam approached Stella with a regarding glance.
"I see your plan is grinding into action. As agreed, I'll overlook our usual operations while your scheme is in effect. My first course of action is trademark of our team. With usual Rocket flair, I'll set a foothold in Wyverine City's Game Corner. They're just getting established, so spreading our influence there should not be a problem. Contact me, should my aid be required." The Rocket Boss snapped his fingers as a pair of executives approached his sides.

Stella ran her gloved hand through her emerald green hair.
"Just don't be foolish, Adam. You do remember what happened last time.." she looked at him coolly with her deep golden eyes. Her voice was soft, almost wispy, a far cry from her commanding demeanor. The only one she was civil to... was Adam.

Rosette nodded. "Yes, she did. But it seems that we may be helping out a bit too." she extended her hand with a gentle smile. "My name is Rosette, pleased to meet you."
"Ah! There you are!" a voice came from the entrance to Professor Lavender's house. The tiny older woman, with a long violet braid down her back scurried up to the pair, stopping before them, catching her breath.
"It seems Team Rocket is alive and well, unfortunately." the small professor sighed, adjusting her glasses. "I have a favor to ask of you, Rosette, and you as well, if you would like." she turned to Tru with a smile.
"I want you two to find out what Team Rocket is up to, and to stop them, if you can, along with the pokémon relations study I wish to do with the rest of the group here. I feel you two are perfectly capable."
"I will do my best, Professor Lavender." Rosette beamed.

With a smile Tru shook the girl's hand before the professor arrived and gave them her short speech at the end of which the ex-grunt only felt more uncomfortable. "I'm all for researching pokemon relations, I have a wonderful connection with all of mine seeing as how I have a farm full back home. I don't mind running around doing this whole trainer thing like I did way back when, but... Team Rocket is a touchy subject for me..."
The typhlosion behind her snorted as though he were disappointed in her cowardice, but he hadn't been the woman sharing a be-
"You know what... On second thought ma'm, I'll kick some names and take some a** for you. Team Rocket's got it coming," the tall brunette said aloud before thinking, "And so does he."

Professor Lavender seemed rather pleased, hugging Tru with peppy glee.
"I am sure you girls will do a fine job!" she chirped, Rosette flushing slightly.
"Oh stop, you give us too much credit before the job is even done, Professor."
The professor stood up straight, regaining her composure."All right. Your first stop is Frostbane Town. I have given an associate of mine an item that I was having built. Since I am sending you two ahead of the rest of the group, you will meet with her there. Her name is Amberita, and she is a retired trainer. She builds gadgets and whatnot for me now. Go to her and pick up the item she will give you there. Tell her Celine sent you."
Rosette nodded. "All right, we will head to Frostbane then."
She adjusted her bag, looking to Tru. "You wanna go together, or make a competition of it?" she giggled.

Her competitive streak reared its ugly head inside her, but she new if she was left alone with Team Rocket running rampant she might be tempted to revert to her old ways. She slipped her bag on to her back and smiled, "For now let's team up. We'll make a race of this region once we take care of Rocket."
