History: A teenaged boy who has always been obsessed with electricity. Even as a child, he was constantly shocking himself. He slowly made his body adapt and control the electricity everywhere. He was trained by his father how to use various types of weapons and various martial arts to become a lethal hitman for hire since he was 3. After his first 5 years of assassinating he just wanted to do the jobs for fun. His acquaintance Tama told him about his family needing more people so he accepted the invite.
Weapons regular: a pair of his family’s hidden metal combination, which are highly magnetic and can with stand any wear and tear, rods with a dragon inscribed wrapping itself around each rod (1.5 meters long each). Also a extremely high capacity battery
Weapons Box: Fulmine Drago- a dragon that creates an endless flow of electricity throughout its body. Ryuu can ride and control this mighty beast to strike the enemies from above with lightning bolts 20 times stronger than a normal lightning bolt created in nature. Also a bracer that can allow the staffs connect to the bracer to launch mega charged projectiles and a ball special metal that can be mega charged, broken to smaller particles and regenerate from the center of the ball
