Serenade—a figure of mystery and fear is the subject of mass hysteria. They call her Curse the Emptiness—and those affected fall into a deep darkness, from which they cannot be recalled. The woman is said to venture into the spirit realm and back to steal the one thing that is most unprotected with magic—one’s soul. The cities looking for this Wraith of a woman are willing to pay huge sums of gold to erase the Emptiness from their lands, and better yet—the source of this dark haunt.
