I'm tryig my best to be a vamp it's seems that I've been used as a Twilight Refrence I really. I 've been insulted and tired that us vamps on Gaia have to be pushed in the terrible shadow of Twilight mess.
I had a feeling that it's not simple that our kind have to be insluted with that crap I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!! We should act now otherwise, this will be a slightly chance that we will be a mockery of Stepenie Myer's sick fantasy of Vampires.
Sorry, I was too busy in school. So, It took me a while to keep track and organized.

I don't think it's all that hard, but then, I'm an extremely jaded individual who tries to make a leading example of herself. By that, I mean not letting Twilight references pointed in my direction offend me.
Out of curiosity, how do you mean that you've been used as a Twilight reference? The usual gamut of bigotry?
All the same, these kinds of things are only offensive if you allow yourself to perceive they somehow apply to you. It's like mentioning art theft in a thread with amateur, anime-based work; people get offended and defensive because they perceive the passing mention as an accusation; they perceive it as applying to them. At least, so I've seen from behind Eizoryu's eyes.
It's all about perception. For example, I perceive myself as a true modern vampire. As my creator would word it, a well-researched, well-explained conclusion drawn from the realms of contemporary fiction and ancient myth. How do you perceive yourself? As Kin to the Twilight failures? Or true modern vampire?
~Katarina S. Acheron
... >> Actually, Kat, that's how you word it, you arrogant creature. But my OC's got some good points in there, especially about the perception and not letting things get to you if they don't really apply to you.
That was the biggest mistake we Vampire players of Gaia made; we let the Twilight stigma be applied to us and our vampire alter egos/characters. Just because one crazy Mormon b***h decided to call her twinkling human lightbulbs "vampires".

You are right about that I should not take it seriously I was being commented by some idiot saying "Go back to Twilight." that blew me off but nvm. Yes, I'm very arrogant at times, I admit.

Do not get offended, but this is my personal opinion, It's not very hard at all because you just have to think very hard of how you wanted your character to be. Thus the reason I believe you are being perceived this way is because and as I said before this is my opinion is because of the vampire skin. I do say this too, because I don't know how many times I have been in towns myself and with eizo a few times, young children would have the same skin as you and they would perceive themselves as bella. On the contrary, vampires should burn<3 not sparkle.
