This will contain all the profiles for the characters. While the characters we are roleplaying already exist and their name should speak for themselves, there are a couple of reasons why this topic exists, and why it is necessary that you post your profile before starting. They are... 1 - Your character may be similar to the original fictional one in several aspects, but some aspects of their personality can be changed, as long as the character in general is not messed up by the change. 2 - The name of the character can be different than the name of the fictional character it represents, if you want. However, you should still leave your nickname being that of the fictional character (for example, if you don't want to call your Dante from "Devil May Cry" character Dante, then you can name him, say, Orichalcus Scarlet if you want, but please keep the "Dante" name under the "Nickname" label). 3 - Other people might not know who that character is, and where he is from, so it helps them if you fill up some details about it. 4 - It gets the forum more organized, and it is easier to see which person controls which character. I'll post one profile as an example. Even though it is for show, I'll be using the character on the RP. Don't worry, though, she won't be able to win. It'd just be unfair... Challenger of the Chaos WorldEssential InfoName: Marisa Kirisame Nickname: Mari Image:   Hometown: Yokohama Alignment: Neutral Weapon: Broom, though it is rarely used. Personality: Confident, uncaring, straightforward, nosy DetailsLikes: Sake, magic tomes, hot springs, collecting stuff Dislikes: Bread, drama, cold Powers: Marisa can fire several kinds of projectiles out of her hands, the most common being white lasers and green bulky arrows. They are all fueled by a mystical artefact she holds, the Hakkero, though she can spawn them even without the artefact, though with weaker results. She also has a number of special beams and projectiles, like a non-directional spinning laser and a huge blast called Master Spark. If needed, she can also fight in close-combat by using her broom as a weapon. Her broom can also make her fly; Family: She is the only child of a quiet couple, that have long since been forgotten by Marisa once she reached 15. Bio: Marisa was a very tricky girl to model in a human body due to all her supposedely mystical powers, but about 15 years after the beginning of the festival, a group of scientists conceived that some genetic information would allow people to use the energy surrounding their bodies and modificate it at the person's leisure, and thus, characters with magical powers could be created. Marisa lived in a quiet part of Yokohama, and her guardian family could never see her as a real daughter, aware of the background of the festival all along. This lead to Marisa being detached emotionally from her father and mother, and went on searching the city for these small pleasures that make living worthwhile. Eventually, she would learn her mission, but wouldn't really make a big case of it, accepting only because she was curious about the people that would be participating as well. Challenger of the Chaos World Essential Info Name: Raven Nickname: Raven Image:  Hometown: Yokohama Alignment: New Ways Weapon: Herself Personality: Secretive, distant, quiet, can be friendly DetailsLikes: Reading spellbooks, meditating, pizza Dislikes: When people bother her, when she loses control of her emotions Powers: Telekinesis/psychokinesis encased in dark-colored mystical energy. She does this by putting a little piece of her spirit/soul into everything she telekinetically controls. She occasionally chants the incantation "Azarath Metrion Zinthos" to focus her abilities even further, allowing her to perform much greater feats, but can move, levitate and control inanimate objects without reciting it. She also has the ability and power to levitate herself. Another ability is her "Soul-Self", which allows her to detach her soul and spirit from her body in the form of a dark-energy raven. This ability can be used to enter the minds of others, teleport herself and others across great distances, pass through solid matter such as floors, walls and ceilings, and even alter her own physical appearance (typically increasing and decreasing her size). She can magically heal herself and others (to an extent), sense specific people over short distances, stop time (done under great duress or stress and never repeated), and manifest her fears as monsters (also unintentional). She also occasionally employs a variety of magical, mystical spells and incantations. Family: Father (His wife died a lone time ago) Bio: Creating Raven was a bit difficult due to her complicated abilities. They were worried for a while, because of how dangerous she could be. They gave her to an older man whose children were grown. Her father helped her control her emotions and tame them as she grew up. She didn't really have much of a mother since her father's wife died before their kids were fully grown. Though, he raised Raven as if she was his biological child. She never met her siblings, unfortunately. When Raven was very young, she met her best friend, Gumi. She found some boys bullying the poor green-haired girl. She easily beat the snot out of the brats and saved Gumi. They have been very close friends ever since. Extras: - Her emotions affect her powers greatly. - Theme Song: Teen Titans

Essential Info Name: Gumi Megpoid Nickname: Gumi, Umi, and Mi-chan Image:  Hometown: Yokohama Alignment: New Ways Weapon: None, unless you count her voice Personality: Gumi has various personalities. She is mostly kind and clumsy, a bit of a scatterbrain. Although she makes mistakes alot, she means well. However, when you hurt her friends and loved ones she turns fierce. She has a strong-will and will never stray from what she believes in. Details Likes: Carrots, jellybeans, singing, jokes Dislikes: diet drinks, leeks, peppers Powers: Her singing can put people into a trance Family: Gumi lives with her grandmother and grandfather Bio: Gumi, along with other Vocaloids, were fairly easy to make. They had no special powers that they knew of, so they didnt have to worry about that. But it also caused a slight worry. Would the Vocaloids be able to hold their own? But they didnt know what to do, since they didn't want to change her by giving her powers. Then they came up with an idea. They would slightly alter the Vocaloids voice so they could put people into trances when they sung. It fit since the Vocaloids were created for the express purpose of singing, and also gave them an edge. And so Gumi was born. She was given to a fairly old couple who raised her as if she was truly their own flesh and blood. When she was five she met her best friend, Raven. Gumi had yelled at some boys who were picking on a raven with a broken wing when they turned their bullying on her. Raven had appeared out of nowhere and saved Gumi. She acts like a tough guy, but is actually a big softie on the inside. She can be friendly and she always has to be doing something. Details Likes: Cats, sweets, trying new things Dislikes: Boredom Powers: Her singing can put people into a trance. (And then she draws on their faces with a sharpie..) Family: Lily lives with her mothers. Bio: Lily was easy to make, like most vocaloids. Vocaloids are usually given the power to put people in a trance with their voices. She was adopted by a loving, young, lesbian couple. They had a love for music and taught her to use her voice powers. She didn't really have many childhood friends. Kids always made fun of her for having two mothers and no father. She usually would beat them up and they'd leave her alone. She wishes she could have a friend that would except her. She is very athletic. She often comes across as naïve, clumsy, dense and clueless, but she has her perceptive moments on occasion. Sakura's optimistic and trustworthy character allows her to be friendly with everybody, she is very outgoing. Though sometimes she's quite gulliable and believes what everyone tells her. Her charm can win anyone. She is known to be clueless about things relating to herself but perceptive of others. Though when she finds out information about her friends she usually keeps quiet about it. Details Likes: omelet, noodles with seafood, pancakes Dislikes: Ghosts Powers: Various magical powers and abilities related to the Clow Cards - Can use the cards magic via wand Sensing (magic and ghosts) Celestial magic (star magic) Prophetic dreams Exceptionally strong and powerful good luck Family: She lives with her mother, a famous fashion designer Bio: Sakura was fairly hard to create. At first they wanted to do the older Sakura, or the 'Tsubasa' Sakura, but couldn't since her "Power to Surpass Time-Space" was much to great. So they chose to do the younger Sakura, or the 'Cardcaptor' Sakura. And even then it took them awhile to do it. For her Luck and Sensing power they used her Aura, so it would increase the chance that things would go her way and that the Aura could reach out into the world and touch things that are not 'normal' giving Sakura the power to sense things. For her dreams they used the sixth sense, increasing it. For her Celestial/Card Magic they combined her natural energy and the wand. The wand took nearly as long to create as it did Sakura. But using the Aura's and natural energy of wiling donors, they created the wand... and the cards. The cards took even longer than the wand AND Sakura, and were also created using the aura and natural energy of willing donors. Both were activated by Sakura using a little of her own natural energy. And so Sakura was born. She was given to a famous fashion designer. The reason for this was that they wanted to keep the fact that she dressed up in unique clothing when using her magic. Sent along with her to her 'mother', was Mokona. Mokona was created to be Tsubasa Sakura's friend, but when they changed their mind about which Sakura to make they weren't sure what to do. Finally they simply decided to have Mokona go with Sakura. Sakura has always known that she was created. Her response? "Does it really matter? I live and I love, and that's enough for me." Powers: Can suck anything into him through his mouth and store it inside him. He's like Marry Poppin's purse!
Family: Mokona is Sakura's best friend and pet. Her family is also his.
Bio: Mokona was a little odd to make, but easy because of his small size. It took a little bit of time to make it so he could hold any quantity of something inside him. His ability to travel through worlds in 'Tsubasa' was too hard to create, so they didn't include that.
Mokona was created around the same time Sakura Kinomoto was. They sent Mokona along with Sakura when the fashion designer adopted them. Mokona has been Sakura's best friend, pet, and sibling her whole life. They have always been close and always will be.
