In 'The Crystal Bearers', if a tribe's crystal is destroyed, their casted into the void, this brings up an interesting question.
Chime is Half-Clavaat, Half-Selkie. If the Selkie Crystal were to be destroyed, what would happen to her?

I'm assuming that's A Crystal Chronicles game, but I'm not sure if it's the one that I was playing or not (it doesn't seem like it).
Are they cast into the void permanently? If not, then I don't see why you'd have to worry. Also, are main characters cast into the void? if Chime is a main character, and mains are not cast into the void, then she probably won't be cast into the void.
Other than that, I don't think I can help you. Since I'm not that familiar with the game, I suppose all I can do is try to help you figure it out yourself by having you ask yourself similar questions and try to answer them...^^;.
