Hello there. I was asked to come and do a weekly food thread here by the guild's owner. Each week, I'll post a recipe I've done sometime earlier that week, for the guild to discuss and possibly try in their own kitchens.
I will only respond to questions asked in understandable English. You may comment how ever you please, but I ignore unintelligible nonsense.

Garlic Chicken with Penne and Alfredo Serves 3-4
What you need : 3x - Large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1x - Clove Garlic; Minced 1x - Bottle of Italian Salad Dressing (Oil based) 1x - Large box of Penne pasta. 1x - Jar of Alfredo Sauce (I used Ragu) Salt and Pepper to taste. Lemon slices (Optional)
What to do : In a gallon sized ziplock, place the raw chicken breasts flat, adding the entire bottle of salad dressing. If you're using the lemon slices, add them now as well. Let marinade 1-4 hours.
Prep an oven pan with tin foil, preheat oven to about 350 degrees.
Mince your clove of garlic and hold to the side.
Cook your pasta as directed on the box, using salt and pepper to taste.
Place chicken breasts in the pan, poke a few holes in the tops of each. Pour over a little of the dressing. Top breasts with the minced garlic.
Bake until thoroughly cooked. The garlic atop the chicken should be a golden brown.
On a cutting board, dice chicken in to cubes, split in to 3-4 portions.
In bowls, portion out penne, add the chicken, top with Alfredo sauce.
Serve while hot.

Crispy Peanut Butter Balls Serves 3-4
What you need : 1x cup milk chocolate chips 2x tablespoons water 1x cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 2x cup Rice Krispies cereal
What to do : Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In 1-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips and water over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool.
In medium bowl, stir together peanut butter, powdered sugar and corn syrup until well blended. Stir in cereal until evenly coated.
Lightly spray hands with cooking spray. For each candy, roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into 1 1/2-inch ball; place balls on cookie sheet and press slightly so bottoms of balls are flat.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon cooled chocolate onto each ball. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
