I have recently came to terms with me being bisexual. I have came out to two friends. I plan to come out to friends before family and I know I chose when to come out. Anyway, is it normal to have that "I got to get thisoff my chest" feeling?

It's definitely not unusual to feel that way!
I can't say I had the same experience, everyone just knew my tastes.
But if you feel like it's something you've learned about yourself that you want others to know about, that's pretty usual! Not just for bisexuality, but anything, really!
It seems to show you are comfortable and proud of your sexuality, which I personally find admirable!

Ik how u feel. Ive known i was bi for a couple of yrs, n ik how ppl can think of it. I finally cam to terms with it about 9 months ago, and me and my bf have been together for 11 months. I told him around the 5th month i was bi, and he flipped out. he started cussing me out n saying how depressed i just made him and how he wanted to kill himself. I havent cam out to my family yet, im rlly scared to. but i hope you can do it for all of us who cant! heart
