This is a lot of information but we ask that you please read everything because it is here for a reason. If you have any questions please post them in the main thread so that we can answer you. This should cover everything you need to know about breeding your hyena.
Male x Female breedings only. There are no hyena in vitro clinics here and so Male x Male breedings or Female x Female breedings simply cannot exist.
You may keep one pup from your hyena, and only one pup ever. However, you may pay full custom pup price to either "custom in" to a litter or to keep one of the current pups for 1/2 the custom pup price. There is no limit to how many times a month you can do this, however you can only custom/pay to keep ONE pup per litter per breeding.
If you are attempting to enter for RP breedings, you must have 3 RPs per parent, one of them being an RP between the parents you are entering. You will need 3 new RPs for each breeding, and you cannot use one RP multiple times. This will be checked!
For an RP to count for a breeding, the minimum word count for an RP (solo or otherwise) is 1000 words.
Unless otherwise specified, the pups will grow onto the same lines that their mother is on.
You have 24 hours from receiving your pups to have them rolled for different ranks (raindancer/rogue). Failure to do so means that your pups will be placed on the same lines as their mother (or father if rogue breeding). Please understand that these are rare, rare ranks and you will have a 1/20 chance of acquiring these ranks without RP.
Adults that have sensory mutations/other mutations have a chance to pass this down to offspring. A litter born to 1 mutated parent has a 1/8 chance to have a mutation. A litter born to 2 mutated parents has a 1/4 chance to have a mutation.
Babies will grow in 1 month. All other stages are on a 2-4 month growth chart.
Five unsuccessful attempts at breeding will be considered low luck (LL) as long as proof is provided. Keep track of your breeding attempts!
Both males and females can rogue breed. See litter sizes for more information.
Females must wait #time before breeding again.
Males who rogue breed must wait #time before breeding again.
Males who breed with a female do not have to wait before breeding again.

Breedings cost #here, trade sent to the colorist of the litter.
Trades must be sent within 24 hours of receiving your breeding or the litter will be retconned and we will be angry. We will not accept trade until the litter is safe and sound in your inbox.
There are a few different ways to score a breeding.
- CC breedings.
--A CC thread is opened and colorists pick which breedings they'd like to do. You can win more than one breeding via CC breedings.
Raffle breedings.
--The colorist opens their breeding slots and allows all to enter the pairings they'd like. The colorist then uses RNG to choose breedings. You can only win one breeding via raffle breedings.
Speed slot breedings.
--The colorists open their slots. First come first serve. You can only win one breeding via speed slot breedings.
Litter sizes are as follows
RP Breedings
M x F breeding: 2-6 pups.
F x Rogue breeding: 1-3 pups.
M x Rogue breeding: 1-2 pups.
Non-RP breeding
M x F: 1-4 pups.
F x Rogue breeding: 1-2 pups.
M x Rogue breeding: 1 pup.
