Hello, everyone i recruiting artist and designers for my guild. I know I'm new at this guild thing so please help me out *bows* here is the link if you're interested in a position(currently recruiting crew )
Position Available:
Guild Layout Designer
Forum Managers
Banner Designers
Chief of Staff
Advertisement Manger
Job Agent Assistance
Description of Jobs
Guild Layout Designer: Will be in charger of the layout graphical designer for the layout of the many page of the guild. Also will be responsible for themes and holiday designers as well.
Forum Managers: will be in charger of different Subforums and along with posts and context of the forums
Banner Designers: Create banners and links for the guild to attract other gaia members to come and join the guild
Chief of Staff: responsible for Forum managers and contest rules and regulations. (must have experience in running contest in other guilds and forums)
Advertisement Manger: In charge of advertising the guild and guild activities both in and out side the guild. Along with contest and other events that are to promote the guild in the general forums. ( must have experience with contest and event manging or experience in guild advertisement or forums advertisement
Job Agent Assistance: Able to get art jobs for guild members at a reasonable amount and price. Able to communicate with other users and able to haggle if needed.

I'm interested in either the Chief of Staff position, the Guild Layout Designer position, and/or the Forum Managers position. I have a few examples of all three. First of all, I am the owner of two guilds, both on the same subject. [1][2]The first one is a little older of a layout than the second. Both guilds have contests (not currently running tho) but they are more or less the same. I also have an example of a game/contest I have held. [x]It was just a small game in a charity guild so that I could give away a little gold I had no need for. Lastly, here are some examples of layouts that I have made. One is a charity, one is an OC request thread, and the last is a quest thread. [1][2][3]If any more references are needed, just ask~

I don't need any more references, the ones you have are very good. I would love u as chief of staff but as you are the owner of not one but two guilds I think it would overload you with with. Unless you can prove to me other wise that you are able to handle the work.
In other words I love your designs and layouts very much. If you can provide a layout for the guild as of this moment you got the job.
But if you decide that you want to be the chief of staff and no one applies that you are hired. But i will make you get an assistants so you would not be over load with work,

Ok but as I told Kaito-san you are busy with your art scholarship some I will also make an assistant postion if you prove to be overwhlem. but you would have a partner if one more person applies for the job

i would love to be chosen a manager of art or anything related to spreading the word of art.i understand if im not chosen.Please think through the process and i hope you will eventually pick me. biggrin .I was going to create a guild called"LET YOUR TALENT FLY" aka "LET THE Paint DRY" but sadly i could not afford that because i had just bought a very artistic and colorful and VERY expensive shirt at the market.when i recieved the choice to be in your guild,i gladly accepted with a smile.I thought"hmm.Maybe they could have me be the Artistic Saftey Manager or ASM for short.i would make sure paintings and pictures that are posted are not made fun of ,but enjoyed instead.The oppurtunity to make a safe guild has delighted me,thank you for reading this.

hmm trhat is very nice of you to thinkn of a new position and I gladly accept, under one condition: show me your art. I wanna see what you can do before I can assign you anything.
Oh i know how you feel about the shirt, im sometimes do things like that but we are happy u can here *hugs*
