Logic is a system of governing correctness.

Axioms are things that exist on a system of circular self-definition. A self-evident truth that requires no proof. "things in themselves".

inorder for logic to be logical; axioms such as truth must exist. Yet these axioms are illogical in and of themselves because they are defined by a system of circular self-definition. Logic depends on illogical things, thus it is not universally correct. If it is not universally correct within itself it is not correct universally.
