Chakra Rapture
Effect: The user must concentrate intensely, and draw the pure chakra right from their body and control it before him/her with their hands. They may then launch this chakra at high velocity at their opponent, being able to partially control its flight. The chakra is extremely volatile and will explode on contact. If the chakra hits the opponent, depending on rank the opponent will experience varying degrees of pain and numbness of body and mind from the shock of the raw chakra overload. The size and power of the attack depends on rank. Genin will produce an orb the size of a baseball and the attack will produce moderate pain at the initial point of contact and slight numbness for one post. Chuunin will produce an orb the size of a grapefruit and the attack will cause a lot of pain over the point of contact and area around it as well as severe numbness for one post. Jounin will produce an orb the size of a basketball and the attack will cause severe pain over much of the body and the victim will nearly blackout. Sannin/Kage will produce an orb half a meter in diameter and the attack will cause unbearable pain and has the potential to kill the victim. A kill or survival will be determined by a dice roll of an eight sided die. 1, 4, and 8 are death, the rest are survival.
Chakra Overload
The user amasses a large amount of chakra a part of their body (conventionally a hand, but other places are possible if you're creative). Upon making contact with your opponent and the chakra charged body part, the user releases all the chakra into their opponent's body. The effect will vary between rank. At genin level; to a limb will cause extreme pain and spasms, to the abdomen will cause extreme pain and a lot of difficulty breathing (1 post), and to the head or heart will have a chance of fatality (8 sided dice roll. 1, 2, and 7, are fatal) if not then definite unconsciousness. At Chuunin level; to a limb will cause complete numbness and inability to move the limb, to the torso will cause organ damage and coughing up blood, to the head or heart will have a chance of fatality (8 sided dice roll. 1, 2, 7, and 8 are fatal) if not then definite unconsciousness and coma for several days. At jounin level; to the limb will be so volatile that not only cause inability to use the limb but muscles will literally explode out from the limb (still attached to the body), to the body has a chance of fatality (8 sided dice roll. 1 and 8 are fatal) if not then severe damage to most internal organs and vomiting blood, to the head or heart has a good chance or fatality (8 sided dice roll. 1, 2, 3, 7, and 8 are fatal) if not then definite unconsciousness with a several day coma and brain/heart damage (repairable over time by a very elite medic). At kage level, to a limb will have a chance of actually blowing off the limb from point of contact down (8 sided dice roll. 1, 2, and 8 are loss of limb.) if not then not only will muscles explode out of the skin but more bones will be shattered, in the abdomen there is a chance of fatality (8 sided dice roll. 1, 2, 4, and 8 are fatal) if not then definite severe internal organ damage and required immediate medical attention (if medical attention not received in 10 posts, then fatal), and to the head or heart is definite fatality.
Note: This is kind of an off shoot from gentle fist but with more power and violence.
Melody Alteration
Effect: Basically what this jutsu is for is to enhance and/or modify the sound of an instrument. There are two ways of using it with two different elements. For a sound user its as easy as manipulating the sound waves emitting from the instrument. For lightning users, one must channel electricity into the instrument, thus altering the way the sound waves leave the instrument.

╫Character Description╫
Personality: Hal is tough in a quiet way. He is often a bit shy with approaching strangers, but not afraid. He shows very little emotional expression and usually keeps his thoughts to himself. He emits a very neutral aura, neither bright and warm nor cold and spiteful. Hal is kind, friendly, and very soft when you get to know him. But he can be quite prideful, and will not be quite himself when that pride is injured.

╫Background Information╫
Haloran grew up in an industrial city a little ways away from the ninja villages. His family was dirt poor and lived in a little shack barely big enough for their family of three. Hal spent most of his childhood on the streets, learning a lot more about the ghetto life than most other children ever would. The main joys Haloran had in his early youth was baseball, which he would play in the street with his fellow street urchins and playing his father's old guitar, even though it was missing three strings. When Haloran was twelve, his parents simply disappeared, no trace of where they could have gone. But they did leave Haloran two things; a long metal staff and a note that simply read "Leave." Haloran obeyed the note with mixed thoughts, but to this day does not know exactly how to take the note. In any case, Hal left the city, traveling on foot. And one fateful day, Haloran met an old man on the side of the road who took interest in his staff. The old man asked to inspect it and revealed a small engraving at the end of the staff that read "Pride, Passion, Power. I am Shinobi." It was then that something clicked inside Haloran, and he set out to the great ninja villages in hopes of becoming a shinobi.
Things turned out a little differently than Hal envisioned, though. He ended up being more of the village homeless hermit. People came and went through Suna, but strange little Haloran Bale remained the same; playing guitar on the streets for money and disappearing once in a while to come back still unchanged. Soon people began to leave the Sand Village, but not Hal. He remained. Soon even the Kazekage left, leaving the throne open to whoever wished to claim it. So Haloran, having trained in private all these years, stepped forth only because no one else did.
