Cody stood on the other side of the room, leaning against the wall but he had tried to keep anyone from looking at him for wounds, he was stubborn about being in an infirmary. He didn't try getting hurt and his armor had protected him so he believed that he was perfectly fine save for a sore back. He watched as everyone had gotten checked on, it was the main reason that he was there was because he was checking on everyone else.

Sunago, finally allowed out of his bed, looked like a mummy, he was almost completely covered in bandages. Most noticeable, was the giant cast on his right leg, which means he would be stuck on crutches for the next couple of weeks. He limped over and past the curtains where Mejiro was being treated for his wounds.

Mejiro's wounds had him wrapped in bandages in a few areas. However, he had a large set of bandages that wrapped around his center and over the wound on his back, which was giving him the most trauma. Mejiro's eyes were closed and his face was calm despite the serious injuries. Sunago had a guilty look on his face as he stared towards Mejiro.

Sunago: "I'm sorry...Mejiro. I should have been a stronger meister. If you didn't need to protect me, this wouldn't have happened."

Sunago was now feeling frustrated with himself. He couldn't stand up against Gedo, and he felt that it was because of his own weaknesses that Mejiro ended up injured. He then limped over to the door. Resting his left arm on his crutch, he then twisted the doorknob and pushed it open, making his way out into the hallway and over to the room where everyone else was. He then struggled to push that door open and limped over to the others. He gave a small grin, but wasn't really happy. He just wanted to give off the idea that he was alright. It was then that Lord Death opened the door in Sunago's shadow.

Lord Death: "HELLOOO EVERYONE! And how is everyone doing?"

Death then moved over by Dr. Stein, observing for a second the aftermath of the battle at the desert.

She saw the way that Cody had hated her taking care of him. She felt almost again useless. She was just trying to help him. She stopped what she was doing the moment he said don't. She wanted to become a fly on the wall. So, she sat down and looked up at everyone - again feeling useless and alone.

Valencia Brandy looked up at Lord Death. She still didn't know how she was allowed into this school and so far didn't have a weapon. "Sir, Lord Death, I am fine. But I am afraid for Cody. He acts like such a fool - his back is swore and he should really have that looked at."

She turned and eyed the other injured parties. "And, it appears that there is some people who got really injured, sir." She didn't tell him that since she was out in the desert too she had gotten a bad case of dehydration; since, she already felt useless being out in the middle of battle with no weapon.

"Sir, if it would please the DWMA, I would like to have people come over to my place after everyone has gotten healed for a party. How do I invite people when I hardly know anyone?"

She was starting to secretly wish she could go invisible. She could just hide away from everyone. She didn't want to face the fact; although, she had joined to create friends and a lover - she sat alone with wanting to be sucked into the ground and not seen again. The ground was cold because one, that was the way it was feeling and two it refused to sallow her.


























Liz and Patti both smiled. "Fine, Lord death!"
Liz looked shocked. She didn't even know when this girl came in. But, yet here she was willing to give everyone a party. "That sounds awesome. I will talk to Death the Kid." She walked over to Death the Kid and told the news.
Patti smiled and looked at the girl. She the started to make an animal with paper.

"Yeah, a party at my place in hopes that it will put everyone in a good mood." She smiled brightly although she felt sick. "I am Valencia Brandy by the way." She stood up and shook his hand. "Your Death the Kid right?" She pointed at Liz and Patti "Their miester, correct?"

She smiled. She wondered if the fact that Death would notice that she had a belt that was angled on the side and had only one cross. It was the only thing that wasn't symmetrical about her whole outfit. She wondered if she would have to eventually explain it to him. She hoped not.

She smiled. "So, I take it we are going to be good friends and you love parties? Your welcome to invite all your friends and everyone here and their friends." She wrote down the address to her place. "I live by myself; my parents are off traveling and I have no weapon, so I do hope you like loud music." She shrugged.

She looked at Soul. "Your invited as well." She turned to Cody. "And, of course you are invited to."

She hoped she wasn't being too weird by inviting them over to her house when she didn't know them. She now began to wonder if this party would lead her to have some friends. She hoped she could make one friend.

She also began wondering if Cody would get insulted by her. First, she heals him or rather tries to. She wondered if she had done something to upset his feelings. She hoped not. Would that make Cody not want to come to the party? Again, she hoped not. She understood how trough guys can be and their ego's getting in their way of getting helped when they really needed it. She willed herself not to have screwed up their friendship before it even began.

Friendship to her could be so confusing since it had been a while since anyone had wanted to hang out with her. She had left her parents place at age 16 and not had came back until age of 17; and to what then? Her parents leaving her alone. In some ways, she felt more like a house-sitter.

But, the party what would it need? She thought long and hard. She would have red and white streamers to resemble First Aid. She would have to of course make some food. The food would be cake of course - she could pick one up from her way home.

"What does everyone like to eat? Is anyone allergic to anything?"


Liz smiled. "Well, I needed them to be plucked. And, last time you did it; it took a month."
Patti smiled. "Big sissy didn't want to wait that long."
Liz responded. "Tell you what kid, you can pluck my eyebrows as soon as you are ready." She reached out and gave him a sketch book and pencil figuring he would need it.


Valencia overhearing their conversation. Couldn't help herself but laugh hard. She held onto her tummy as she laughed. She went over to the sink and not caring if it shocked everyone since she needed it so badly. She bent her head to the side and drank as the water came out from the sink's facet.

Patti looked and pointed at Valencia, "Big sissy, what is she doing?"
Liz looked at Valencia and then to her sister. "I think she is drinking."

Matt walked into the infirmary instantly shocked by the amount of people that were in the room. He stood in the doorway taking in the faces and the noise that had invaded the place. with a shrug of his shoulders he stepped into the room more as not to block the way of anyone who might need inside.

Matt sat himself in a chair as it seemed people were talking of some event at a persons house, he decided to just listen to if it was something important that he would need to attend or if it was just casual fun either why he might want to go to meet some people.

Matt's head turned quickly as if he was zoneing out there in the chair and it startled him that someone spoke from so close. he listened intently none the less though to her talk about a party at her place, something that happened in the desert, but what really took his interest was that she had no weapon, He decided to get more information on the girl before he jumped to a conclusion.

"I see" he spoke casually "So your a meister and you had no way to fight while you were in the desert?, thats a reality check huh?" Matt laughed trying to make a joke...poorly he then started to figit with his hands alittle asking more question "so uhh when is your meetin..i mean party and umm what kinda weapon do you use?" he cocked his head to the side as he asked and waited for her reply.
