It looks very flat and those white edges in between the colours catch my eye too much. Some deeper shadows and destroying those white spots (or making them more pronounced if you actually want them-- right now they just look unintentional and sloppy) and it will be a really cool piece. ^ u ^

Some things I would like to add: I don't really like how you highlighted the hair. At the moment it just looks like you used some sort of odd filter on it. There's also this wierd glow thing going on around the hair line of the blue green head that shouldn't be there. If anything, that should be a shadow.
I would like to see the picture with the white spots, as Quiris said, more pronounced... I think that it would give it a more distinct look whereas if you filled it in, I think it would come across as everyday pop art, which is sort of where it is in my opinion atm.
