.... pretty much no rules and guidelines other than what the Bible says and God will do those. For example, if you're just asking for your heart's desire, you won't receive it anyway: I don't want to pray for you to get a new sports car or lots of money or something.
Whatever you have weighing on your heart, whatever is hurting you and you're struggling with, whatever is for advancing God's kingdom? Absolutely. You can pretty much put up whatever prayer requests you like.
