Ive bin packed 6 days a week for the musical rehearsals every night. We have 2 hours to do our homework and eat dinner before we go to rehearsals then we get home at 9 (saturdays are 10am-3). Well dress rehearsal week is in 3 weeks and our rehearsals change from 4-10. Im gonna have an hour to go home and grab my stuff! How will i keep my stress in check and find time for homework and sleep?

Same story here, I thrive on the pressure and stress. Musical theatre is actually the reason I learned to write an 7 page essay in an hour. I live off protein bars and tea. Just put all your stress onstage. Anything that frustrates you, make it work for you. I'm in "Chicago" right now, I play "Roxie" and the dance really helps me to get rid of the stress. I wish I were in Cell Block Tango cuz that one would really help me let loose. Homework every time you walk offstage. Get it done as quickly as possible, if you can, have a friend make sure you do it. Sleep? I'm not sure I can help you there, haha I don't remember the last time I had more than four hours sleep.
Break a leg in your show. What show is it?

I'm glad I can just pick up my instrument whenever I like, no stress xD Makes me feel lucky now that I'm not involved in anything quite so rigorous. The rewards must be worth it though after a show right!?

I always brought homework with me to rehearsal and did it whenever I was off stage. Even if you just draft an essay to type out when you get home, it really helps. Sleep...well, you may have to do with a little less during the run. For me, I was never stressed while doing the show since acting was my stress relief. ^_^ Break a leg to both of you! I miss theatre, and I can't wait to get back into it once I get the chance!
