Fallen Angels? Maybe the book even have a similar plot as the Roleplay. lol

Going off the title of the book, I've always thought about something. Supposedly, Raizel was the angel that birthed the shadowhunters, but what about the other angels? Were they just like 'We're not giving humans our blood!' Which brings up another topic: What if a fallen angel created their own face of shadowhunters?
