Welcome to my online bento journal! I keep a bento journal in real life so when I saw the Kitchen Diary section I just had to make one of my own! heart I'll do my best to keep it up to date and filled with pictures, I just have to get my camera to play nice with my computer. sweatdrop

Wow, I haven't been here in awhile. *dusts of the thread* It's sad to think it took me getting really sick to get back to this. crying Anyways, this morning my throat was killing me and I didn't want to eat cereal so I decided to make myself an omelet.
It was:
3 eggs
6 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
and then I microwaved it scream (le gasp), but it worked all I had to do was cook it for about 2:30-3:00 mins. It was sooooooo good. blaugh

I've been watching Fruits Basket, which got me to thinking I should try cooking with leeks. xp I mean Kyo hates them so much and I wonder why...hmmm... stare

I just got a can of honey glazed carrots and a can of candied sweet potatoes!!!! heart I can't wait to make a bento with them! heart

I'm so sad. Today I went to the grocery store to buy food for this week, and I decided that I wanted to make some leek soup. So I go to look for the leeks and after much searching I finally found a produce worker and asked him where the leeks where thinking I was having a sick blode moment. He just shook his head and said they sold out earlier. Ugh, scream okay I'm done with my rant. Maybe I'll find some at work. stare

Yuki Akina I've been watching Fruits Basket, which got me to thinking I should try cooking with leeks. xp I mean Kyo hates them so much and I wonder why...hmmm... stare Maybe because they are evil but if you make some I might try them.

Well the recipe sounds really good, and I'm going to make it tomorrow! heart I'll let everyone know how it went.

I made my Leek soup last night and it turned out really well! And my dad made some sauted parsnips and garlic bread, everything was so good!

Last Monday I made Butternut Squash Apple and Parsnips Soup for my family. And it turned out really well, I'm going to be taking some of it with me to work today! I can't wait!
