I'm thinking about making rice balls and sushi with some imitation crab meat, and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get some? I figured since we're all a little bit local, and we're all anime fans, some of us have tried to make the weird donuts rice balls.
I live in Pomona, and I don't really have money so spare, so if you know what aisle in a grocery store or where I could get them, that'd be great!

I know Stater Bros. sells sticky rice in the International food aile. And of course you can fing raw fish in the fish aile. It may be a bit expencive though, but that's the only place I know that has anything you're looking for.

houkougirl13 I know Stater Bros. sells sticky rice in the International food aile. And of course you can fing raw fish in the fish aile. It may be a bit expencive though, but that's the only place I know that has anything you're looking for. Aha, yeah, I found Seaweed in that aisle after asking. But, wait, you need a certain kind of rice for it? o_O You can't just use any ole' white rice?

Well you can try plain white rice, but it doesn't stick together and I don't think you can shape it like you can with sticky rice. biggrin
