I'm in charge of this subforum now.
Basically that will mean that I have the right to delete any RP posts and topics that break the guild rules or the Gaia TOS. And the part of the Gaia TOS I am most concerned with is the part involving adult content.
In other words:
NO CYBERING.
Also, no inviting people to cyber in PMs - cybering is against Gaia TOS everywhere on Gaia, including PMs. If you have a problem with this, you have a problem with me, with Gaia, with US Law, with EU Law, with International Law, and with my rifle. scream
In case you wonder what cybering is, read tiny print by means of using the quote button: cybering is online sex roleplaying, or roleplaying with adult content.
Don't PM me about this rule, or to ask for a better definition of cybering with examples. rolleyes I'm blonde not dumb! All comments in this topic where everyone can see them, please!

You can post that your character goes to a bedchamber with another character and they make love. But if you post any mature content details about what your character looks like naked, or about how your characters make love, that is a breach of the TOS. You know why I take the TOS seriously? I was abused as a child. Internet hadn't been invented in those days, so it was real life sexual harrassment. I hate adults who want to have sex with children. I hate them. The person who abused me is dead now, and I am glad he is dead. (No, I didn't kill him. It was lung cancer.). A lot of you are still children from my point of view. And while adult content on the internet will not harm your body, it will twist your mind. I am in charge. You have a problem with my rules, you have a problem with Gaia. Quit Gaia and join some adult content site. There are children here.

And you better not let me know you're doing stuff in emails, and if I catch anyone over 18 trying to invite anyone under 16 to roleplay adult content in emails, that perverted adult will get banned and reported. I can't forbid two consenting adults of roleplaying adult content in email, of course, but I'd prefer roleplay posts in this forum to -fade to black- when a scene gets intimate, and -fade back- when it's over, instead of ANY kind of public messages about hot and steamy stuff happening somewhere outside Gaia.
Yes, I am boring. Complain to Kayna if you must complain to someone. I signed the TOS when I joined Gaia, and so did you, and if this Guild breaks the TOS on purpose with the approval of the Guild captain, then this guild is toast. I love Valdemar and all that, and Hawkbrothers in hot springs are sexy as hell, but if you kids start recruiting for some kind of email orgy in my subforum I will rather leave this guild than break international child p*rnography laws, which is what I would be doing if I allowed that kind of behavior. I don't want a criminal record because you can't keep your panties on, GOT IT?

what if the 16 year old is bugging the 18 year old to bring the steamy stuff to email?
i know 14 year olds who write nc17 better than i do, and i never understood that... maybe i'm too boring D=

yea Atro. why aren't our rp's filled with slutty men just taking their clothes off? who would ever want a plot or story in their rp? cause I know plots are totally not why I like to rp. *sarcasm*
It is a little creepy, i personally think if people are cybering on gaia forums they need to find something better to do. like damn, they need to find a less creepy place to do that.

Good point - kids asking adults to RP mature content stuff is also not allowed. Simply put, you shouldn't cyber or invite people to cyber in a forum post. I can't control what you do elsewhere on Gaia or outside Gaia, but this subforum has been made my responsibility, so I will keep it safe for players of all ages. I'm glad you guys understand what I mean by it.
I agree with Matti, if people are cybering on Gaia they're losers with no life. And yet it happens. xp And I think the 14-year-olds do it more than the older users, maybe because they don't have an outlet for that sexual energy in real life yet, and because they're not allowed to join actual adult content sites.

As guild leader, I support this wholeheartedly. I have a friend my age (fourteen) who cybers, and it's REALLY CREEPY because you have no idea who the guy on the other end of the Internet really is.
None of that stuff here.

I don't mind R rated stuff (boobs and butt) however anything more in detail is an immediate GTFO
