 Welcome to the Squad's training field. A vast space surrounded by buildings full of battle targets (wooden, straw, cement training target dummies and pillars) and equipments. Feel free to come by and train weather you want to develop your Kenjutsu, Kido and any skill you think needs improvement.

Drezden walks into the center of the training grounds and pulls his zanpakuto close to him.
"You ready for some training Testuro?" Drezden said to his zanpakuto.
"I'm ready for anything" Tetsuro replied back to his master.
And with that said, Drezden snapped his fingers and a bunch of wooden dummies were slung to his position.
"This should be easy." Said Tetsuro.
"Well then, lets see how fast we can finish this." Drezden said with a smile.
And with that said, Drezden unleashed his Zanpakuto and in a matter of seconds, all dummies were decimated.
"Well since we had it easy, why not just keep doing this until the captain shows up?" Drezden asked Tetsuro.
"Its your call, but hopefully someone shows up with a mission." the bored said.

Eighth Division CaptainAs if on cue, Hoshiri appeared in the middle of the training grounds, obviously having just used his extremely fast shunpo. He had his drinking gourd in his right hand and his unsheathed Zanpakuto in the other, obviously a little drunk."Hey there Lieutenant Raizo-kun," -He said slightly light-hearted as he looked around at Raizo's handiwork, frowning-"Ya know, these guys aren't really in your league...maybe you should finally move on into the pros!" -He said, sheathing Ookami(His Zanpakuto)-Then he raised his left arm and pointed at Raizo."Hadō #31, Shakkahō!" Then a sphere of red spiritual energy coalesced off the end of his finger and shot a pillar of red concussive energy at Raizo.

Raizo was totally unprepared for his captains incoming hado spell that he took the hit head on... Feeling a little pain, Raizo looks at the captain
"Looks like I'm gonna have some fun today"
He then unsheathes Tetsuro, holding only one half of his dual katanas
"I don't really want to go all out so I'll just use one for now
Raizo then did a running start to where his captain was at extending his left arm
"Hado #4, Byakurai!"
Shooting a bolt of lightning to Captain Hoshiri

Eighth Division CaptainHoshiri didn't even flinch, all serious."Bakudō #39, Enkosen!" -He announced, a bright yellow shield materialized in front of Hoshiri, intercepting the blast of electricity with a boom-As the dust cleared, Hoshiri was no longer standing where he was, but now coming towards Raizo from his left flank with his Zanpakuto unsheathed. He lunged toward Raizo, his Zanpakuto pointed straight for Raizo's gut.

Seeing that the captain was great in speed, Raizo was now ready for one hell of a fight. At a split second, he pulled out his second katana on his left and blocked the attack, while getting pushed back by the strength of the captain.
"I'm sorry Captain, but your too close. Hado #11, Tsuzuri Raiden!"
With that said, electricity surrounded Raizo's blade and being in contact with the captain's blade, it transferred to the captain himself.
"Hope you weren't to "shocked" up, Captain"
Raizo then jumped back while the captain dealt with spell, hoping it atleast had some effect

Eighth Division CaptainSeemingly hit, Hoshiri writhed in pain from the electricity."Looks painful doesn't it?" -Said the actual Hoshiri from behind Raizo-The afterimage of Hoshiri's Utsusemi fading."Oooh..." -In a mocking tone of false-concern-"Harsh." -He said as he smacked Raizo in the back of the head with the butt of his Zanpakuto-

Raizo takes a step forward, rubbing the back of his head
"Ouch! That really hurt you know."
He then sheathes his zanpakuto accepting his quick defeat
"I got a long way to go if I want to beat you."
Raizo then takes a seat on the ground.
"Any missions lately? I heard the other squads are mostly out. You know what for?"

"I think I'm gonna head into the human world for awhile. Not much to do here."
Raizo stands up and looks at his captain
"You coming? Or are you just going to drink the day away?"
He then waits for an answer
