I saw this list a couple of weeks back, and fell in love with it immediately, reminding my time trying to create my own deck off of Junk Synchron. I've altered it for the 2011 list.

When deciding not to play Solemn Judgment, it really depends on how you're dealing with it. The real reason anyone should opt not to play it, is if they play it incorrectly.
I'm generally good at determining when is the right time to play it, but off chances I don't. This deck has little to recover from it if and when I'm wrong, and this format is going to be full of decks like mine, which work by repeating the process.
