Bio: Jacob was born on the planet bourbadon_02 to the lead medical professor on the entire planet who taught at the university of medicine practices. His mother was extremely upper class, having been born to the CEO of a company called BIOMech Incorporated. She traveled a lot and allowed Jacob to attend her on many of her trips. It was on these trips that Jacob learned what it meant to be a noble and was taught strict manners. In contrast, Jacob learned from his father that his birth in no way put him above anyone else and respect must be earned. If one was not very experienced with those of the higher classes they would not notice the many habits and manners that accompanied his stature and would never know his origins, but anyone of a higher class would be able to immediately recognize the class through his clarity and charisma. Jacob thoroughly enjoyed visiting his father at the university and learning about his profession, which translated to a passion for the caring of other people, and a passion for learning. Jacob grew up in the country and spent the majority of his free days exploring and going on adventures in the vast wilderness in the vicinity of his home. This lead to a sense of adventure and his decision to join the Tenmura on this particular voyage

Background in Profession: Jacobs father was a doctor and then a professor of medical science, Clark began teaching Jacob at a very young age about medicine and exposing him to the practice thereof. Jacob began working with his father when he was thirteen years old, whenever Clarks classes would help at the St. Michaels Hospital in the city of Great Orleans. As soon as age permitted Jacob worked as an EMT and Firefighter for the St Michaels hospital. In the year 2608 he moved to Earth since has been employed at a general hospital in London. Jacob applied for the Temnuras current voyage a year later and has since been preparing for his role in this colonization mission
Personality: Jacob is usually extremely polite, pending on his mood or who he is talking to. He has grown to genuinely care about most anyone he comes in contact with, and will often go out of his way to help people. Jacob grew up on the saying "if i gave you a million dollars, could you do it?", and believes anyone can reach any potential; but this also means that often he will expect a lot out of everyone he meets. Jacob is certainly very confident, and people often think of him as arrogant.
Reason for Applying: This colonization mission has the potential to be hazardous, and will most definitely be an adventure. Jacob has already left home to hit the universe head on, so there is nothing holding him back; he did not have a girlfriend because "my work is my mistress" as Jacob would often say. Jacob basically saw the bottom line of his application as: hospital in an over populated city, or tent on an unexplored planet
