Oh god. So I was shamelessly whoring posting in the A/M/C just now, hoping to get some votes for my cosplay arena entry. I haven't been in the A/M/C for like.. I dunno a year? Maybe more. It hasn't even changed you guys, it's a pretty active forum, but it hasn't changed at all. The front page still looks the same as it did the day I left. rofl GCD complains about all the repeat threads. At least the repeat threads in GCD try to REPACKAGE THEMSELVES. gonk Hell, it's not even just the threads it's the damn RESPONSES. Here is a perfect example. It's almost like a formula guys.

* user makes thread about how hot x character is
* user replies and agrees "indeed x character is hot."
* user comes in and says something along the lines of "lul you are aroused by a cartoon character."
* OP responds how they know it's a cartoon character "just gtfo"
* this goes back and forth
* user comes in and says he hates x anime because of it's fanbase
* user responds and says something ike "don't hate something because it's popular"
* user responds with how they hate the x show reguardless of the fan base.
*this goes back and forth

Oh GCD, you may be slow at times, ungreatful, a bit snobbish, and overly obsessive - but at least your front page changes. Granted this may take time, but it changes.
I guess in A/M/Cs defense they don't throw shitstorms. xd

So, any of you from other Forums originally? Maybe you currenly are frequenting different forums on gaia. What is it like where you are "from" ? xd What if you had accents depending on what forum you were from? Would I randomly shout things like "Baka", "Kawaii", "Urusai", and "Yaranika?" What would you do if this was my Gimmick?

Also for those of you who like anime: Are there any new anime I should watch this spring? I mostly like comedy/slice of life but I do go for surreal/comedy and even some surreal/mystery/sci-fi kinda stuff. All my shows are done and don't look like they are being renewed. *sadness*

I think you generally have to go to the big threads to get real discussion on the newest chapters/characters. Least that's the way it was somewhat for a D.Gray-man thread in there but then by that point new people are sorta ignored for old thread buddies ;n;

Sorry I haven't been paying attention to what is coming out. Everything I've either started watching or reading has been really old.

I've never been in the a/m/c forum.

there are three common repeats that are always there:

1. Bento Boxes
2. Sushi
3. I just ate something gross D:<

Evolution of my home forums, lurker or poster:

CB > LI > LD > GCD > SF.

Cb is, or was in my time, a place to touch mah imaginary d**k and to insult/love others. :v ... not srs insults.

LI is full of a bunch of idiots who can't solve their own simple problems.

LD ... Dunno. :v

GCD... Bah, you got it.

SF is full of three kinds of people.

1. The extremely stupid poster who doesn't know what the ******** they're saying and can't type properly, form sentences, or understand how periods work.

2. Elitist bitches.

3. Stupid people who think they're elitist bitches.

I just can't stand them... Its so damn annoying.
Especially when they talk like this:

We had a "troll" in the GCD. Accent and all.
I ignore listed him and steered clear of the GCD.
He was annoying as ********. gonk

Q&A is great, has a lot of repeat threads, but I swear to gog, when they come up, with exactly the same title, about exactly the same issue... at pretty much the same time... and there's seven of them on the front page...
