brrrrr, should have brought a sweater. Though it was cooler then she liked Nika dealt with the snow pawing her way through to a nearby tree where a grassy patch lay uncovered by snow. Thank the gods she thought to herself, some grass! Laying down in it Nika let the cool breeze blow through her fur getting used to the coolness of it all. Nika looked up at the afternoon sky wondering whom she would meet today.

Misuteri was just making her way through the clouds when she had noticed that a small patch of grass was visible as it had peeked out from the blanket of snow she had just set down earlier that day.
Huh, that's unusual~
Misuteri thought aloud as she descended down to the ground.
As she did, she saw another Cutie Bell such as her atop the grass admiring the sky.
...uh oh. Should I hide? Or just do my job?
She pondered to herself.

Turning onto her belly Nika touched the grass with her nose growing a small pretty flower where she had touched. Now the grass has a bit of company
All this snow was distressing spring where are you? she asked herself, making some of the snow around her dissipear with a swish of her fluffy tail, "there...more like home now" she said aloud to herself. Sitting herself down her tail swishing back and forth happily.

"Hey! What are you doing?"
Misuteri huffed as she descended down to the troublesome Cutie Bell.
"I just finished covering that up!"
She looked at the Cutie Bell with stubborn eyes, trying to scan her for anything suspicious. Where did this grass come from?
Spring wasn't due for another week! I would know!
This troublesome familiar is making me re-do all of my work! :<

"Holy!!" Nika toppled over as a Cutie Bell fell from the sky straight plop in front of her.
Blinking shocked still laying in the snow "E-excuse me?" Nika asked the strange familiar, confused as to what she was talking about. Then it struck her Oh no...my powers she thought worried, glancing ever so slightly at the little patch of grass adored with the little flower.

"Okay let me make this easier for you..."
The Cutie Bell sighed as she approached the flustered familiar.
"Do you know who I am?"
Misuteri was ready to explain herself to this complete stranger after all the obstacles she had run into this season. Everyone made her job harder and no one helped her or appreciated her and her job. She needed to find someone who would understand, someone who would cut her some slack!

"N-No" Nika answered slightly flustered, not only did this familiar see her powers --or no, seen them but didnt know the source, that Nika hoped. But she had also flown from the sky and scolded her.
Nika looked into the gray eyes of the Bell and waited for her answer.

"Hmph!"
Misuteri scoffed,
"Very well, I will tell you.
I am Misuteri and it is my sworn duty to ensure that when there is supposed to be snow, there will be snow.
In fact, I personally see to it that every morning, there is a thin layer of frost on the grass.
I am the one responsible for distributing snow and its properties, and you just interfered with my job."
Hopefully, the young Cutie Bell now understands the situation and won't interfere again. Misuteri's occupation was tiring enough, she didn't need anyone to make it worse.

"Pf--Pf--Hahahahaha" Nika couldnt help it, she was mad about that tiny piece of grass. "You know--" she giggled, "All over people are using this snow to have snowball fights, make snow men, even plowing it"
She looked over at her grass, took a deep breath I guess if she told me.. Do you know who I am? Nika asked.

"What are you laughing for!?"
Misuteri shouted,
"This is not a laughing matter! And what is your point? People using my snow is a benefit!"
Misuteri paused, was she supposed to know this insignificant character?
"Why do you ask? You are of no significance to me or my duties."
Misuteri demanded.
