Len had felt it was time for Bella to learn how to deal with the Wizard Council. If She was to replace then she would need to know who to deal with the different wizards and witches. He thought it was best to start out with the witch in charge education. The man led the elf into a office room. Inside was a woman who was in her thirties with long purple hair and eyes. She looked something like Ivan and Pierre Vega. "Good afternoon. Welcome Wizard Council member of research and development." She said in a calm voice. "Greets Wizard Council member of Education." He said before offering Bella a seat.

"An Introduction for myself? I'm Bellatrix Solindo."Today presented the next step in Bella's training; a lesson involving how to work with the council. Usually, the idea wouldn't be a problem, but as a women without any human blood of a witch, she found the task daunting. Turning her attention on the task at hand, she waited for introductions between the Council memebers before taking a seat, where she introduced her own name. "Hello Council member of Education. I am Bellatrix Solindo, formerly of the Spanish Sirens and current Principal in training at Reed's." She crossed one leg over the other, resting her hand in her lap as she waited for some sort of instruction from Len.

"Yvonne Vega please." She told the girl and then smiled. "Using my formal title is too long and I'm rather quick to the point when it comes to this kind of stuff." She explained before brushing her hair back. "It's a pleasure to meet you finally Miss Solindo. My friend has been saying much about you. I hope I can help you anyway I can. Do you have any questions?" The woman asked.

"An Introduction for myself? I'm Bellatrix Solindo."Releasing a breath, Bellatrix found a polite smile to use for the conversation. It seemed that this member was less stiff when compared to some of the others, and she found that helpful when coversing. It would become very annoying to worry about titles so often, and she was sure that such petty worries led to her father's abandonment of royalty. "It's my pleasure, Miss Vega." She spared a glance to Len, and after recieving no signals, she continued the conversation with Yvonne. "And I hope I won't disappoint. I do have a question though, about classes." She pushed a loose strand of hair behind her ear, choosing to ask the lighter questions before digging into the deeper ones. "When was the last time the standards were updated for freshmen regarding english? I feel that they need a boost, as the gap between 9th grade and 10th grade is widening."

Yvonne listened to Bellatrix's concern about the English classes. "If I'm not mistake it's a mixture. I only have direct influence over the magic department. How we do it here is we set a general standard that the whole school system has to follow. We try to update them at least once a year. If you feel as a school the standard can be raised then you go to that English department. If I am correct it is Imhotep at Reeds." The woman answered.

"An Introduction for myself? I'm Bellatrix Solindo."Nodding at Yvonne's answer, she mentally noted to make a list of possible solutions to bridge the gap. However, before she could give a plolite 'thank you', her attention was nabbed by the women's last statement. Clearing her throat, she managed another nod, though it was stiffer now. "I see. Thank you miss Vega. And that brings me to my next question, regarding Imhotep." She uncrossed her legs, sitting up straighter as she spared a glance to Len. "What does the council think of him?"

Yvonne let out a chuckle. She knew where this is going. "Most of use want to ripe off his limbs one by one. However I'm sad to day that we still need him for spying and even then he was once a wizard himself. He out ranks both Len and I in knowledge and he has many secrets." Yvonne was referring to the infamous high priest that was once known as Imhotep that now was a vampire.

"An Introduction for myself? I'm Bellatrix Solindo."Relaxing, if only just slightly, Bellatrix managed to regain her polite smile. It seemed that the council wasn't full of idiots, just those people who let power get into the wrong hands. "Alright. I understand that vampires have time to learn secrets." She shrugged, trying to relax her posture as she continued. "But are you sure he is a true spy? He might just be a double agent against the council."

"Trust me you will not believe how many spells, potions, and lying test we used on him. All of them came up clean. So a few more spells and things and we let him free." The woman answered. They used everything in the book, even the forbidden stuff. All of it came up clean so there was no reason to no believe Imhotep. "Then recently we found out something. He has a daughter so there is a spell on her as well."

"An Introduction for myself? I'm Bellatrix Solindo."Sighing inwardly, Bellatrix tried her best to believe the woman. After all, she knew more about what went on when hiring a spy than she did. Giving a small nod to Yvonne, she spoke again. "Okay. I trust you to trust him. However, I'm curious as to why you allow him such control. I'm sure you've been made aware of how he abuses it." As she spoke, another thought came to mind; how could he only have one child after such ridiculous actions, but she kept it to herself. There were some things she didn't want to know anything about.

Yvonne nodded. She knew well that he abused his power as much as he could. "If we restricted him then he could be found out." She answered her the short answer before getting into more details. "If he wasn't able to act like a powerful member of the dark order then he is not going to do well as a spy and hence why we are required to let him be free to somethings." She answered him then smiled. "Not that we don't control him a little. As I said we have spells on his daughter whom he kept a secret for two years. He was pissed. You should have seen his face." The woman said with a laugh.

Sighing, the half elf knew that there was little more she could say against a council member. Besides the lack of power she held, Bellatrix had felt tired lately, and wasn't inclined to argue much. Instead, she simply continued to ask question, feeling that gathering information by being polite would work better than being rude. "But I'll move on. I want to know about any recent kidnappings in the witch and wizard communities. And how these kidnappings are usually handled."

Yvonne set some stuff to the side. She had some open folders on her desk and she didn't want Bella to look at them. "It's not really my duty, but I do know a bit about it." She answered the elvish woman. "We are keeping members of the community aware and up to date on what is going. Including instructions on what they should do in an emergency. We are keeping track of who and the patterns of the case as well. We hope that we can find out who through that. We've also contacted all Warlocks and put them into teams of two and they go searching at night. I don't want the weakest members of the community out." She answered the woman. Having warlocks out meant that not only Len, but Yvonne and at least two of her brothers were put in harms way each night. "Imhotep is also feeding us information about where they are being taken. He is in charge of any rescue operations."

"An Introduction for myself? I'm Bellatrix Solindo."Hearing the slight rustle of paper, Bella's gaze flickered down to the folders. However, whatever information was exposed was now covered, causing her eyes to move back to the council member as she spoke. "I understand. But I-" she paused, remembering her last visit with Imhotep. When she'd gotten up to leave, she had believed the vampire was threatening a member of her family; now though, she saw his words as a warning. "I think something is going to happen to a witch of the Caliu's." She frowned, unsure of wether or not to elaborate about her relationship with Amelia; there was no need to make it seem as if she was asking for special help. "I...Imhotep said that she was on a list of sorts. A target."
