It had been a month since she was taken from her homeland by the Hellmaster, and she remembered well how many people sacrificed themselves trying to stop him from taking her away. It was a bit saddening to think about, because as some died, they wondered why they had even tried facing a Monster Lord, and others blamed her for him coming to the town in the first place. She shivered at remembering this, growing tense as she realized she was still in a meeting with Hellmaster.
She barely rose her head, keeping it low to the ground as to not look him in the face, he’d never liked that, it showed that they were equal, and like he always said—they’d never be equal. She was the weaker one, his subordinate – any time that she wasn’t useful, she could be gotten rid of. She listened carefully to his words, and gave a somewhat sheepish smile. She was clearly afraid of him, so she was unsure how to act. ”Understood. “ She was about to make a bow when she felt his eyes at her bad like daggers. ”Right… you don’t like formalness, my apologies.” ”I don’t like proper talking either. Drop it and get out.” She turned her heel as she heard these words, and made her way out of the corridor.
That Xellos guy he mentioned will be here soon. He said so… so.. should I stay still? She was unsure, but she was sure of one thing; right now monsters scared the hell out of her. Maybe it was because she only knew the Hellmaster so far, but monsters were supposed to startle humans, and originally she was one. She tightened her swords around her waist, making sure the sheathes would not fall loose and took in a shaky breath. Times were getting harder and harder. She was getting tired of all the orders already. ”Alright. I just need to get into the right mind before they get here! No getting negative, they like that! Umm… let’s see here… “

xxxxxxxxxxDon’t close your eyes...xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxDon’t close your eyes.....xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxDon’t close your eyes.....『This is your life』 are you who you want to be?
This is your life, is it everything you dreamed that it would be When the world was younger and you had everything to lose General-Priest〖☸〗 Xellos 'Metallium' ~Sole Subordinate of Greater Beast Zelas Metallium~
--Location--Mood--Company--Thoughts-- Why was it that he was always getting pulled into these sorts of assignments? The Lesser Beast gave a small sigh, running a hand through his shoulder length violet hair as he objectively walked through the halls of the Hellmaster's stronghold. Needless to say, he didn't particularly want to be here. He wasn't really on good terms with Phibrizzo; since the child Lord would usually have to threaten his Mistress to be allowed to borrow him. It had already happened on one occasion, and Xellos was a bit more than displeased that someone had dared to speak to Zelas in that manner. It didn't help that he was also coming here to train Phibrizzo's newest monster. Why couldn't the kid train his own monsters?
He'd only heard of the girl through the conversations between the two Ma'Oh, and otherwise knew nothing about her. Just that she was a former human, which would make this a bit quicker. There weren't a lot of things they could do that most normal monsters could, and so that cut his work load in half.
The priest rounded another corner of the ever maze like fortress, and found a young girl waiting out in the hall. Based on the energy he could sense from her, he could only assume that this was the 'Cerras' he was supposed to be training. He doubted there could be many other former humans in the base. Hellmaster wasn't very good at keeping things alive; a reason why Zelas had never considered getting the child a pet. He was about to approach her, when he suddenly heard her talking to herself. It didn't seem like she had noticed him yet. The tiniest of smirks formed on his lips as he walked over to her. "How's the 'no negativity' working out?" he asked somewhat teasingly. It was a bit hard to force his usual behavior; he hadn't really been feeling like himself as of late. Of course he had every reason to be that way..

” Ahh!” Cerras nearly jumped out of her skin at the sound of a unfamiliar voice behind her, and she quickly turned her head to take a look at who’d spoken. Her golden eyes were a bit wide in utter shock, because he’d caught her in her thoughts, and also because she had a bit of a fear of monsters. She averted her gaze for a moment, and laughed nervously. ”Please don’t scare me like that!” She knew it wasn’t intentional; she just couldn’t help but say it. He’d startled her.
She took in a shaky breath, as she thought of what to say. The memories from her human life before even brought back the memories of her parents death, it had occurred right before the massacre started by Phibrizzo; and then everyone blamed her for it all. It wasn’t a very fun time at all; she’d been killed at that time. Why did she have to remember it? It just reminded her of how she wanted to go back home. Why did she have to work with the monsters now?
Cerras caught herself in her thoughts and realized that she was being improper; she gave a quick bow, her cheeks flushed in nervousness. She’d never liked introductions, even as a human. ”I’m sorry for being rude, umm.. the Hellmaster has probably told you… I’m Cerras. You’re… Xellos right?” She gave a sheepish smile and rose her gaze to look at him again. Even when he seemed to be cheerful, he seemed to be hiding something. But she didn’t think she should mention it. It wasn’t any of her business, right? ”It’s nice to meet you.”

This is your life, is it everything you dreamed that it would be When the world was younger and you had everything to lose General-Priest〖☸〗 Xellos 'Metallium' ~Sole Subordinate of Greater Beast Zelas Metallium~
--Location--Mood--Company--Thoughts-- Xellos merely smiled to himself as the girl scolded him for frightening her. As if he cared about that. Really, it was her own fault for being distracted like that. He was going to have to make that be one of the first lessons. Being distracted got you killed. While he waited for the monster to gather her wits, he merely watched her through seemingly closed eyes, gathering information on what it ws he was supposed to be training.
Based on her aura, she was obviously a former human, and a recently turned one at that. If he hadn't been paying such close attention, he might have missed the traces of monster and mistaken her for a prisoner. The next thing to catch his attention were her clothes: a bright pink dress, boots and scarf. Clearly she wasn't created with stealth in mind. Her light gray hair didn't really help that fact either. The only other thing she had with her was a set of twin blades, which could only mean that she wasn't going to have much in the form of magic. That would make this easier for him. He'd sparred with his partner enough tiimes in the past to know how to use weaponry. Besides that, magic was more tiring.
He was pulled out of his thoughts when she spoke up, listenning to her attempt at an introduction, though you couldn't tell from his expression that he'd been distracted at all. "That's correct." he said in response to both parts of her remark. Of course he'd learned some things from the child Lord. Lord Beastmaster wouldn't have agreed to it if they hadn't been given any information about his new charge. Some parts had surprised him still. Like the fact that she was such a newly turned monster. "It's nice to meet you as well, Miss Cerras." That was the first thing to be learned about Xellos. No matter what, he was always polite. "Are you prepared to leave now? Or do you need some more time to recover from my startling you?"

[[ xDDD I can't stop thinking of Cerras getting choked by her scarf now. Thaaaaanks. > w>;; she's dooming herself with her outfit. ]]
Cerras smiled when he said that she was right about it all, glad that she was at least doing something right so far. She was no good at magic, or fighting yet. She was surprised when Xellos introduced himself; he was really polite, because of Hellmaster, she took it that all monsters were just complete pessimistic brats all the time. " Ohh.. I am ready to go, I suppose." She would still be nervous, even when they were training, she knew that. But she had to get over it all. If she didn't, she'd never be able to fight.
