One
Contests may only be submitted by the Shinigamis. If you post a contest and are not a listed Shinigami, then your post will be deleted and you shall be warned. If you wish to post your own contest idea, first get approval by one of the Shinigamis, then, only after you get approved, you can post it in the Contest forum only.
Two
All contests have to have a deadline. With that said, all entries must be turned in before or on that deadline. Any late entries will not be accepted, no excuses. Do not ask for extended deadlines or if you can turn in late entries. If you do, then you shall get a warning. A second time will also result in a warning and a 100 gold fee. A third time will result in automatic ban.
Three
Contests shall be judged fairly with an unbiased group of judges selected by either the Shinigami or the poster. The judge may only be people NOT participating in the contest, be it someone in the guild or a person outside of the guild approved by the Shinigamis. Any complaints of possible misjudging or any hint of biased decisions may be posted in the Suggestion Forum and will be seen to by a Shinigami as soon as possible.

If you have a suggestion for a contest, please post it in the Suggestion Forum. A Shinigami will look over any and all contest suggestions and bring it up in discussion among the other Shinigamis for approval. Not all suggestions will be taken, only the ones approved in a majority votes will be posted.

When you are done reading, highlight the bottom.
Six
All contests must follow the Gaia T.o.S. and not break any rules. That is, no nudity or explicit content allowed in them. If you have to ask if certain content is allowed, then more than likely it is not and therefore please do not include it. We do not wish to offend any guild members.

Later on, we will create an account (or a guild mule) for prize money and items. If you wish to donate money and/or items for the contests, then please wait until that account is created. A link to the account shall be posted soon, where you can send trades or donate contest prizes to for the contests.
