Bad Drivers.

Falsely quoting things to other people.
Actually that's all I can think of right now. I'm sure I'll be able to think of others when they actually happen.
Oh, and playing the problem Olympics. That always annoys me. You know, when if someone complains about a problem they have someone else is like 'well I have it worse and I never got any sympathy so you can't complain.' We all have problems, it's okay to be compassionate.

Constant vulgar language
Obnoxious immaturity
TOO MUCH confidence in appearance...
That's all I can think of at the moment; I'm not one to exactly get annoyed with any specific people/traits unless they're constant.
