Rini lost her mom when she was 7. She lives with her dad, since her mom died her dad started drinking. Every night when he comes home from work he's drunk and hits her. Her bestfriend ____ loves her and wishes she would call the police. But she is too afriad, so she starts locking her door at nights, it gets her dad angier. Her bestfriend ____ wants to go out with her, but he doesn't know when the appropriate time is. One night ____ begs her to sleep over at his house and feel safe at least once. Will he finally ask her out?

Rini wiping away her tears was very hesitant to answer. "Well...yeah sure...but I do need to pack.." Rini said getting up then stopping. "Is it ok if I stay over?"

Travis looked at Rini and said "Don't worry Rini bear my parents say it's cool for you too stay over anytime as long as it gets you away from your dad." Travis stood up.

Rini smiled. "Good." Rini said as she grabbed her over night bag and began to pack some clothes. There was a loud thud in the living room. "What was that?! I should go check...anyways I need to get some other things in the other room." Rini said putting her bag on her back.

Rini rolled her eyes. "Fine come on." Rini said pulling him with her out her bedroom door. Rini looked left and right, she saw nothing. "Maybe it was the cat that made that noise. Well any way you stay outside this door and keep watch."

He sighed and said "Fine but make sure that all things that can be locked are not including this door." He smiled at her and nodded for her to go on.

Rini nodded back and went into the room, then began to gather the rest of her things quick. Rini exited the room and snuck around Traivs to go in the kitchen because she was super hungry. When she arrived in her kitchen, she found her dad passed out in the chair at the table, with a beer in his hand. "Stupid father, don't you ever learn.."

Travis saw her leave so he followed her. When he reached the kitchen he stopped and murmmed "dang it he is so stupid." He then walked into the room and said "come on Rini bear I'll buy you food on the way back to my place."
