ok so i missed my period and im freaking out because i had sex with a guy and the condom ripped, we were both drunk but as soon as we found out it ripped we stopped. he said he didn't c** but what about pre-c**? anyways if i am pregnant is it possible to get a free abortion from like a walk in clinic? or would i have to dish out like hundreds of dollars to get one?

Hi, there could be many reasons why you missed your period, but pregnancy is one of them. Pre-c** does have sperm in it, and has been known to get women pregnant. You're around the right time to take a pregnancy test, so thats something you should do before planning an abortion.
I'm not a 100% sure about clinics in the USA and Canada, but there is no harm looking up online to the whereabouts of such clinics. If in doubt, see your GP/family doctor who will be able to offer you advice.
