Personality: Talkative except when around adults, then he is very respectful. The other time he's quiet is when he's hunting.
Bio: Dylan lost his father due to a mining accident. Since then he has been illegally hunting in the woods and signing up for the Tessera, doubling the amount his name is put into the ball during the Reaping for extra grain for every member of his family, just to feed them. Him and his best friend help each other by hunting with each other and feeding each others family's.
Dylan his highly skilled at sword skills and setting traps to ensnare his prey.
