We have a favorite race so I figured I'd go with favorite class too.
Mine is an altered form of The Thief. I believe I stuck with most of the talents (Security, Sneak, Marksman, Light Armor, Acrobatics) and main attributes of Speed and Agility, but dropped Mercantile and Speechcraft, because neither have ever been really difficult for me. In their place, I usually go with Alchemy and Illusion. Alchemy makes nice poisons :]
Because it's an altered form, I have to name it myself. I go with Witchblade or Watcher most of the time. It is my personal belief that Witchblade is an awesomer name than Spellsword. Just sayin'.
What be yours?

Well I wish i could say i stick to a class like you but I dont think I really come close. I always play a custom class that involves alchemy, hand-to-hand, marksmen, mercantile, and speech craft as the most important tools of meh trade. Meh custom name is a Merchant and thats just how I play, always finding herbs and resins for potions to trade and sell at the next town. It really helps meh feel like part of the world. Oh and please, if these skills resemble a class, do tell meh I would like to know.

You come closest to an Agent, which has three of those: Marksman, Mercantile, and Speech Craft :3

Yay! good topic. ^^ I seem to be alot like you Supinelu-sama, as i'm basicly always a variation of the Thief class, like you i always drop speechcraft ( probably the least used skill in the game really. ^^; ) and somtimes mercantile ( though i do find this useful, especially with Alchemy, make a good starting sum to fund our less then legal endevors. X3 ) Usuially adding Alchemy, and either Restoration ( So i can sell even the health potions. XD ) or Armorer ( So i can fix the things i steal to get max price! ) And i usuially call it Sneak Thief ( After a refrence in an Anime. ^^; )

Funny you mention less than legal activities... ninja Read: I steal a lot of shizz
Really, it's not that difficult to pick a hard lock at a low security level, if you've got the patience - so mostly I drop merc 'cause it's easy for me to steal things xD
And I'm the adventuring sort. Usually I take the long road to Chorrl for the first main quest, so I come up with a lot of interesting trinkets to sell for cash.
Once I took up Blade in place of Illusion, since to be frank, I don't really use Illusion much (it just takes up a slot and is occasionally useful) but I found Blade even less useful than Illusion as a Marksman. Er...Markswoman, so to speak.

I mean, high skill in Lockpick is useful, and saves time, but really i can get into any chest with 2 lockpicks, so i know others can just as easily! I just keep merc in the same was as illusion for you, just fill a useless slot. ^^; I know what you mean, thats the fun with TES, you can just explore for the fun of it! and.. Lighten the pockets of whoever we find! I like Blade, and have played an Archer just to use Blade and Marksman, but i find a good sneak arrow much more rewarding, especially when my thiefy dagger cant even backstab ANYTHING! ( Whoot for daggers in Skyrim! slitting throats, here i come~ X3 ) But fine Markswomens ( such bad grammer from me. XD ) like us are a special breed~ ;P

Yay! Three marksmen....marksmen/markswomen. Would anyone care to interject on our hail of arrows XD. By the way Kitty, what do you mean speechcraft is useless? I love it. Though i will agree many a skills where better in TES 3 with fail rates such as lockpicking and speechcraft.

I normally do a custom class too : Alchemy, Mercantile, Blade, Security, Athletics and Acrobatics (Something along those lines, varies on which character I use,)

I always play a class simply I call a Swordsman, sans the occasional romp as a full blown mage or warrior.
In Morrowind it was the following:
Swordsman: Str/Agi
Major Skills: Longblade, unarmored, sneak, enchant, security. Minor Skills: Mysticism, athletics, acrobatics, speech-craft, shortblade.
I usually went with an Imperial with the Lady for this. Toyed with a Breton and the Thief... Also with a Imperial and the Lover.
In Oblivion because magic was at such a damn premium, I had to do a Breton with the mage, and had to make some other changes to the build which escape me right now...

In Oblivion I focused mainly on assassin/thief style fighting with some magic rolled in. I did tons of alchemy and hardly any speechcraft. Never used archery cuz I hated the way it worked. Always used a blade as my main source of confrontation, but only when I had to confront. If I could shimmer under invisibility the majority of the time I did. My style of play was sneaky and in and out avoiding conflict as much as possible. I did use magic quite a bit now that I think about it...(it has been six months since my last play) I focused mainly on Illusion, Alteration ect as opposed to Destruction. My character really didn't care for conflict. XD
In skyrim my characters tend to be more warrior based with two handed or one handed/destruction combo fighting. Though I have to say that I use my bow far more then anything else including the above mentioned. I love the way archery works. I have only used invisibility potions a couple times. I have no problem with head on conflict and killing every single person in a fort as opposed to sneaking in and out like I did in Oblivion. I really like having the ability of a companion along for extra feathering and fighting. That being said Smithing is my highest score right now i'm at 99. Its so easy and a great way to have good armor. I haven't focused on enchanting as much as I did in Oblivion though I do take on Alchemy as a main subject in both games. I wanted to take a more mage route but that just didn't happen.... I can't help it I like hacking at things. XD I'll probably create a mage at some point and really go for it. Lockpicking was a main skill in Oblivion and still is in Skyrim...I can't NOT go without finding out what is in a locked chest....luckily the system implemented for skyrim is exactly the same as lock picking in fallout which I am very familiar with so I have no need to even use any perks for that tree.
So...yep.

I've honestly found myself using Archery more than any other form of combat in both Oblivion and Skyrim- could never figure it out in Morrowind, though. I also seem to find myself playing stealthy characters more often than not (yay for sneak attacks!), which is even better in Skyrim than it was in Oblivion, I think.
Sadly, I don't remember all of my class skills from Oblivion, but my kahjiit's sneak is insanely high right now. With just my bow and even Iron Arrows, I often find myself clearing rooms of creatures before they ever realize I'm there. It's insanely awesome to me, since I needed mods with Oblivion to do the same kind of stealthed kills that come so easily with an unmoddable (read: Xbox 360) version of Skyrim. Also, Night Eye is probably one of the more useful racial abilities to me, since it completely negates the necessity for stealthy characters to find sources of it to avoid changing the brightness/contrast of the game. Candlelight, however, is quite nice after clearing a dungeon or on those occasions that I go in as a mage instead of my usual Thieves Guild attire.
