Introduce yourself here!
I'm Bard Kayna Ashkevron, owner and founder of this guild-- and Valdemar fanatic, as you may have guessed. I've been a fan for four years or so, which is a pretty short time considering how long they've existed.
My favorite character is Vanyel, as you may have guessed. twisted I'm a Bard. And... I believe that's all the information that is pertinent right now!

Sergeant Perks here. I'm a fan of the Valdemar series, but my favorite Mercedes Lackey books are her other works, especially Firebird and Black Swan. I haven't read all of the Valdemar series yet. I rely on libraries for my access to the books. I do, however, own the ElfQuest Wolfriders Reflections CD with lyrics composed by Mercedes Lackey in several of its filk songs, as well as some ElfQuest anthologies and comics with stories written/scripted by Mercedes Lackey in them.
I live in Finland, am single in real life, and a creepy old person of 29 years. My attitude to religion is very Japanese - I mix and match all gods and goddesses I like, including fictional ones. What else? Oh yeah. I'm getting Gaia-married in another guild, the Discworld guild Shades of Ankh-Morpork. I'm a vice captain there, and it's where I met Kayna.
Can I call you Kayna? Members can call me Polly, Oliver, Ozzer, Sergeant, Sarge, or Perks. Only Kayna is allowed to call me Poliver. xd

Sergeant Perks Can I call you Kayna? Members can call me Polly, Oliver, Ozzer, Sergeant, Sarge, or Perks. Only Kayna is allowed to call me Poliver. xd Why of course you may call me Kayna! It is, you know, my NAME... I feel special now. XD

Heyo all smile Call me Annqueru. I love all of Lackey's work, all that I've read that is... she's written so much! And considering how often I change here on Gaia, if I ever found myself in Velgarth I'd probably be considered some kind of Pelagir changeling XD

I've probably only read about half of her books, and I own less than half-- I have all the Valdemar books, the Obsidian/Phoenix ones she wrote with James Mallory, the Halfblood ones she wrote with Andre Norton, the Elemental Masters ones, the Dragon Jousters ones, and Gwenhwyfar. I have a LOT of books.
