1.) Custom Techniques are gained every 50 Levels
2.) Custom Techniques may not permanently increase stats, but may boost them for a short period of time and with a high cost.
3.) Custom Techniques have levels according to the level the custom was gained at divided by 100, minimum level is 1. (Aka: Level 1 = 50 and 100). Maximum Level is 5.
4.) Just like normal techniques, these Custom abilities have Levels that must be RP'd, sure you made it, but you have to develop it further in-character.
5) After hitting Level 500, you now only gain Custom Techniques every 100 Levels, but they are considered Level 5 techs from here on out.
6) To level a custom up, it takes the Level of the technique x 1000 = the number of words per level that must be RP'd. (Level 1 Tech x 1000 = 1000 words per level)
7.) You automatically start out at level 1 with a custom once it's approved.

No numbers above +2/Level (max level 5) without -'s/Level, none the less nothing over +4 no matter the penalties will be accepted at this level.

No numbers above +4/Level (max level 5) without -'s/Level, none the less nothing over +8 no matter the penalties will be accepted at this level.

No numbers above +6/Level (max level 5) without -'s/Level, none the less nothing over +10 no matter the penalties will be accepted at this level.

No numbers above +8/Level (max level 5) without -'s/Level, none the less nothing over +10 no matter the penalties will be accepted at this level.

No numbers above +10/Level (max level 5) even with penalties, the max a perameter can be affected is +10/Level..but you may assign penalties to give up to +10 to another parameter.
