xArmistead Apartments "A place to meet your Prince Charming or Fairytale Princess and fall in love." For the first time in the Nexus, there is a building built exclusively for the GLBT people of this section of the universe. Each floor is divided up into various apartments.
Single bedroom apartments follow this layout:
Single Bedroom
And the double bedroom follows this layout:
Double Bedroom
Single bedroom apartments are just the right size for someone looking to meet the one, or for a couple who likes to get cozy. Double bedrooms are spacious enough for two.
There are four floors. The two lower floors have four single bedroom apartments on each floor. The upper two floors have two double bedroom apartments on each floor.
Please let me know what room you want, and move right on in!

x _______________________________________________ Teddy didn't know why Billy needed such a big bed in the first place. Billy was a tiny guy, and if anyone needed a large bed, it was Teddy. Besides, Billy wasn't even the one putting it together. Billy was in charge of ...decorating or whatever. Sighing, Teddy looked at the screwdriver he was holding and realized that it was a Phillip's head, and not the kind he needed. Sighing, he got up from where he was sitting cross-legged on the floor and headed out into the main part of the apartment. He headed down the hallway and stopped, then paused. Wait a second.
Turning, he began to explore the apartment, examining the layout. There was only one bedroom. Oh. A little blush rose on his cheeks, and he went to the kitchen, where he'd left his tool box. Upon returning to the bedroom, he resumed work on the bed, a little grin on his lips. So, that was why the bed was so big - it was made for two.

Wallace liked to keep things tidy. He also liked martinis, and the theme song to "I Dream of Genie."
Do do, doo doo, do do do.
Singing was something he also did often, but he didn't always like it. Particularly when people who sounded terrible did it.
Do do, doo doo, do do do.
Wallace tidied up his coffee table, neatly arranging the magazines on the surface while he made sure not to spill the martini that he held in the other hand.
Do do, doo doo, do do do.
Once he had finished, he picked up his phone, ringing up the new boys upstairs, one of whom happened to be his former roommate.
