Bio: Like many others out in the world of One Piece, Reisen's village was burned down and her family slaughtered by a gang of pirates. Somehow she survived the carnage and she fled her village, living alone in an forest somewhere in the East Blue sea. Due to her seclusion from the world she obtained a very silent nature. She continued to live on that island until the age of sixteen, where a pair of bounty hunters came on her island and took her in, where she learned the ways of hunting pirates, siding with whatever offers her the most, helping them capture pirated. She was a quick learner, being able to surpass most in the guild. Reisen had a gift of being able to master just about any type of weapon lay in front of her.
Four years working outside and inside the guild she finally decided to take her work further away from the guild, hunting bigger bounties and exploring the world at the same time. The twenty year old Reisen had already made a name of herself, spreading fear to pirates with her name. Age twenty two Reisen had almost expored most of the world, finding herself at the Grandline due to an accident during a storm. Her experiences in battle served her very well, able to set foot in the Grandline by herself. During her exploration of the Grandline, she came across a divine sword name Galeborg and the armor of Tenshibachi. It was also in the Grandline she obtained an Devil Fruit called the Jūryoku Jūryoku no Mi, and after consuming the fruit, she gained the power of being able to manipulate gravity itself. She was planning on exploring more into the area however she was called onto an important job, thus having to leave.
The rest of her eight years she continued exploring, trying to find the Grandline once again, however, due to her lack of navigation, she has not been able to find it again. During these eight years she became one of the members of the CP9, trained in their techniques, amking her a better hunter. Leaving the CP9 organization she continued her work in pirate hunting.

Weapon of choice: Galeborg, a divine sword gotten from inside the Grandline, it is extremely durable. This sword is known for it's special ability of being able to change into many weapons or objects, able to change shape very quickly. Sword is said to be alive and chooses it's master, going where ever it's master is located, even when seperated.
Special Gears: Armor of Tenshibachi, special armor obtained inside the Grandline. Extremely durable yet light and flexible. Capable of taking heavy hits from just about any attacks, due to the special metal the armor is made from. Tenshibachi has a special property of being able to reduce physical and non-physical attacks by thirty percent, by absorbing the impact of the attacks and slightly repel it outward. If the armor were to be dented, the dents will soon be fixing themselves.
Devil Fruit
Jūryoku Jūryoku no Mi (Gravity Gravity Fruit): upon eating this fruit, the user gains the ability to control gravity itself. Applying weight on anyone/anything, or making them light as a feather, thus making levitation possible for the user. User can control non-living objects around a 20 meter radius freely, or compact the power onto/into a single point, making a darkish purple sphereical field; making this allows both living and non-living things to be affected. User is also able to send off his/her power, compacted in a small darkish purple orb for a long distance effect or a slash-like wave. The orb is able to expand in size at the will of the user, expanding in anywhere below a 10 meter radius; anyone or anything that makes the slightless contat with these orbs will be affected by the Devil Fruit power, trapped inside the gravity bubble until they escaped. When using the gravity slash, anything making contact will be applied by the Devil Fruit, if it hits a living thing the part that has been hit will be affected by the Devil Fruit. When using this power, the user begins glowing a thin layer of light, his/her eyes begins to glow slighty, color varies from each user.
Devil Techniques
Reisu: simple attack of an compacted dark sphere of gravity. Attack is able to create a heavy impact to someone/something, or change the weight of them. [Example]
Gurabirei: creates a gravitational field that smashes the opponents' body to the ground. Applying immense weight onto the opponent. [Example]
Gigano Reis: is a larger and stronger form of Reisu, more powerful and larger range. [Example]
Aian Gurabirei: by applying a immense amount of weight on an certain area, the ground below them begins to cave in, creating an crater, the opponent is affect to if they are hit by an gravity orb. Works on land and the sea. [Example]
Dioga Gurabidon: one of Reisen most destructive attack, capable of shattering bones and turn an entire area into dust. Reisen creates a giant ball of gravity, inside swirling in an torrential of dark energy. The gravity inside is very dangerous, capable of crushing mountains with ease. [Example]
Diborudo Jii Gurabidon: this technique is a double-layered gravitational sphere, which Reisen creates one to eight spheres. The outer sphere prevents the opponent from escaping, while the inner sphere draws all matter within the outer sphere inside. [Example]
Zangu Mareisu: releases a beam of gravitational energy that slices through objects causing them to collapse or float. [Example]
Borutsu Gurabirei: a small sphere is released with a massive gravitational pull, dragging everything to it within a large radius. This technique is mostly used for capturing her foes, restricting them. [Example]
Amu Guranaguru: it causes Reisen's arms/legs to be enhanced with gravitational force, allowing for faster combinations of physical attacks and increased gravitational pull downwards from anyone hit, causing more damage in close combat along with her enormous strength. Upon using this technique, Reisens arms and legs have an darkish purple aura around them. [Example]
Berudo Gurabirei: with this technique Reisen waves her hand, creating a gravitational force shield that crushes attacks when coming in contact while also destroying the nearby area it with intense gravity. [Example]
Digou Gurabiruku: Reisen's body is enhanced with a gravity-charged aura that can be fired, by condesing her Devil fruit power onto her body. Anyone too close to Reisen will feel the pressure of getting crushed or their body will get lifted into the air. [Example]
Kueaborutsu Gurabirei: multiple black rectangle walls is made and appears, surrounding reisen and her opponents, creating making a ring shape, that slows any non-physical attacks made from her opponent to an near stand still. Reisen can either make one or multiple walls, each at the same location or different locations. Anyone standing in the walls' sides is affected by the effect. Sizes of this technique may vary. Reisen can make this tehcnique into a shield, by decreasing the size of the rectangle box to an necessary shape. Boxes larger than the size of her body is not able to move at her will. [Example]
Haki
Kenbunshoku Haki (見聞色, Color of Observation; also known as Mantra): allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. When using this type of Haki, one can predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack "hits" for real. It appears that the more killer intent the enemy has the easier they are to predict, though more skilled users can predict future moves regardless of whether there are ambient murderous intents or not.
Busōshoku Haki (武装色, Color of Armaments): allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. This armor can protect the user from attacks and push aggressors away. With training, it can be further honed into a weapon with which to strike others. This type of Haki enhances the power of any attack, and also allows the user to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, striking the user's human body beneath whatever protection the Fruit may provide, even in the case of body-altering Fruits such as Paramecia or Logia users. It can also be imparted to weapons, like arrows, swords, etc.
Other Abilities/Skills
Geppou (月歩, Moon Step): allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. User is able to use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks.
Geppou: Jūryoku-shiki (月歩: 重力式, Moon Step: Gravity Style): same technique as Geppou however, applies Reisen's Devil Frui ability. By changing her weight she can either move even faster, or increase her weight to combined both into a attack.
Shigan (指銃, Finger Gun): is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary.
Shigan: Jūryoku-shiki (指銃: 重力式, Finger Gun: Gravity Style): Same technique, however, the air bullets are now incased Reisen's Devil Fruit technique, capable of inflicting damage and applying the Devil Fruit power to the foe.
Soru (剃, Shave): allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power, as being faster than the speed of lightning.
Tekkai (鉄塊, Iron Mass): hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. When Tekkai is active, the user is unable to move. However, even for those who could not move, Tekkai could still be used offensively, if they set up momentum before activating Tekkai, using it to harden the strike with the preset momentum to strike. This technique is able to be combined with Reisen's Devil Fruit techniques for a dangerous combination.
Rankyaku (嵐脚, Storm Leg): a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body. Strength increases with Heltina's Devil Fruit Ability.
Rankyaku: Jūryoku-shiki (嵐脚: 重力式, Storm Leg: Gravity Style): Same thing as Rankyaku, except Reisen applies her Devil Fruit abilities, sending a darkish purple projectile capable of cutting and changing the weight of her foes.
