They do not have to be added before you start playing them, and only the important things need to be listed about them.

Q & A:
Q: Who can post or create NPCs?
A: Anyone who already has a regular character for the Next Generation RP

Q: Why can only certain people RP the NPCs?
A: Because of NPCs having to deal with acertain situation or group of people we find it best that they have the power over the NPC rather than waiting on a crew member to post the NPC up.

Other: Piper is the mother of Wyatt, Chris, and Melinda. Wife to Leo. She has always been good at worrying but she is a strong and determined individual, always putting the lives of her family before her own. She is very close with Pheobe, and still looks up to Prue even though she no longer dwells on this plane. Her relationship with Paige has grown stronger over the years, but Piper still finds herself not seeing Paige as a sister on rare occasions.
