Riku woke to the sound of birds singing outside my window. It was sunny outside and the wind blew though the house making my hair sway. Riku always slept with the window open to get the fresh air.
He jumped out of bed wearing nothing but his boxers as always. Walked over to the closet and grabbed a towel before heading off to take a shower. The warm water soothed his body as he washed.
After he was done he put on a pair of black a red jeans along with a black t-shirt. He walked down stairs as he started thinking about what he wanted to do today.

Crimson looks up when she hears Riku coming down the stairs. She'd already been up for a while. "Good morning," she says with her vampiric smile, fangs showing. She was still in her nightgown.

Riku smiled when he saw Crimson sitting on the couch. She hadn't been living with him long and he was still getting used to seeing her every morning.
"Good morning, how was ur night?"
He spoke to her as he walked over and sat down in the chair across from her. Living with himself and a woman was not always what he thought it would be. It was harder for him to not walk around the house naked half the time. Plus being a half blood living with a full blood Vampire was a little uneasy.
"Hope you had a good night. I got a few things to do around the house today. What are you plains for the day?"

Crimson smiles at him, fangs always visible. "I enjoyed my night. How was yours?" she questions kindly, her unnaturally golden eyes rested on his face. She enjoyed living with him. She had been used to living on the streets before they met. She'd sleep in trees or wherever she could find shelter. It was strange for her to actually be in a home. She contemplates his question for a moment. Then she smiles. "I haven't thought of anything to do for today. I can help you with the house chores? Maybe go buy some food?" she offers kindly.

Riku smiled when she spoke. Her voice always had a strange pull on him. He didn't mind that she was a full blood and knew that's what was doing it to her. Half blood were always pulled to full bloods, it was natural.
"Well I do need to go to the store but I didn't plan on doing that till tomorrow. I need to get a few things and pick up some.......blood."
Even if he was a half-blood Riku still needed some sort of blood to survive, plus he knew that it was all Crimson needed so he wanted to be kind to her.
"But today I have to clean most of the house and do the laundry. Other than that just normal things. You don't need to help, I know you don't like being awake that long during the day. So I wouldn't want you spending too much time hanging cloths outside on the line."
Riku liked that she wanted to help but knew it would be hard with her being affected buy the sun. He smiled as he walked into the kitchen to make breakfast.
"Would you like anything special to eat this morning? I know blood is your main food but you can eat normal food as well right?"

Crimson smiled at his consideration for her. "As long as I have blood, I can withstand the sun much easier. I can go pick up the blood for you," she offers. She smiles to herself at his comment for blood. He could bite her, if he needed to. But she also understand he as a bit shy, which she thought was quite cute. She hated sitting around being useless. She enjoyed helping do little things. The sun did affect her, it didn't burn her or anything. It was just a bit irritating. She could be in the sun all day and have no physical effect on her. It was just irritating and would give her a headache. But blood would help to relieve those symptoms. He asks what she wanted to eat. "I can eat normal food, yes. I'm just not all that hungry. Thank you though," she replies with a kind smile.

Riku smiled back as he came back to his chair. He was shy so he didn't know how to talk to woman very well. But he was trying hard with her.
"Well if you insist on helping, than I can go to the store while you do some of the house work. That way we can still get things done and you don't have to be out in the sun."
Riku relaxed as he sipped on the coffee he came back with. He slightly bruned his mouth. Spilling some on his pants lag.
"God damnit that's hot, s**t!!! Ok well im gona clean this up and get going. Now I got to change my ******** pants."
Riku stood as he headed upstairs to his room. Before exiting he turned to smile again at Crimson. This time noticing how beautiful she looked for the first time. How he haden't noticed before he couldn't figuar out. He turned back and headed up the steps as his now burned legs was killing him and his pants made him look as if he had just pissed himself.

Crimson watches him and smiles when he says she can help. She didn't mind doing the house chores at all. She'd clean and start the laundry and whatever else she could do in the house, she would. She can't help but giggle when he spills his coffee. "Are you alright?" she calls up to him, standing at the bottom of the stairs. She then goes to the kitchen and grabs a towel and heades over to the chair. There was a bit of coffee on it as well. She cleaned it off as best she could, so it would at least not stain. She'd have to get some cleaner later on.

"I'll be fine just give me a minute."
Riku undressed as he took out another pair of pants from his closet. This pair was the same as the last but had more red than before. As he changed he yelled down to Crimson, not wanting her to feel alone or by herself for too long.
"So I forgot to ask you, why is it that a full blood would even want to live with a half blood. I mean, most of are kind tend to stay around there blood line more closely. Half-bloods with half-blods and pure-bloods with pure-bloods.Your not worryed what the others will say when they see you with me?"
Riku had finished changeing and was heading back down the steps as he looped his belt around his pants to keep them up. He saw Crimson cleaning the chair he was sitting in were the coffee had spilt. He smiled softly.
"I mean, not that I don't like having you around......I just thought you needed a place to hangout at that's all."
Riku turned away from her as he thought about it. His face going a very light red. He did like having her around. More than he would let on.
"Well I have to go to the store now. I'll be back some, it shouldn't take me more that an hour(1 post). Is there anything you want for yourself? Like...........girl items............or something?"
Riku's face had gone red again as he kept looking at his pictures on the walls like he had never seen them before. What an idiot. He kept looking at them waiting for a repliy from Crimson.

Crimson waits patiently. Then he calls down to her. He asks why she chose to live with a half-blood, rather than pure-bloods. She giggles at his question. She really liked Riku. He was different and cute and very fun to be around.
"Well, most pure-bloods are quite snobby and care little about other people. They hate those who go outside the pure-blood line. They are annoying and selfish. They allow little freedom and are strict with rules. I had to get out of there. They were killing us with their rules and way of life. Drink this. Do that. Don't go there. You know, stuff like that. I was living on the streets before I met you because I ran away from my family. Then I met you..." she explains, then trails off.
Then he says something, trying to clear up any misunderstanding. She giggles. "Don't worry. I understand." He then asks if she needed anything at the store. She could tell he was shy aboiut that kind of thing. She just giggles. "No, I don't need anything. And I'll be here when you get back," she replies with a warm smile.

Riku smiled as he put his coat on.
"Ok. Than i'll be back in a little while."
Has he headed out the door. Riku was just about in the car when he thought of something he never thought of before.
(I never get to spend that much time with her now that i think of it. Maybe i should get to know her better.)
He sat there for a few mins before decideing what he was going to do. Spending time with her was something he wanted to do more than anything right now. But Riku knew he shouldnn't be thinking this way. Half-bloods and pure-bloods should never be together of be around eachother for that matter. That's just how the world had made it. It wasn't normal.
But in the end he didn't care. He wanted to get to know her better. Find out more about her and tell her more about him. He'd never met anyone like her before and it really did make him happy for her to be around like she is. It made him feel like his life wasn't so empty and his house wasn't so lonely.
"Well if im going to do this I may as well start today."
Riku shut the car door and walked back to the house. After closing the door behind him. He turned to were he found Crimson in the house. He stared at her for a min before rubbing the back of his head as he thought of what he should say.
"Umm........I was wondering........if......you....aaaa.......wanted to spend the day with me? I mean if you don't want to than that's fine. I thought we could go out for lunch or something."
Riku cought himself in his words and thought it may have sounded to forward. He changed it a bit.
"Um... I don't mean as a date or anything......just that....well......I'd like to get to know you a little better and i thought it would be a good idea."
Riku's face was now red, he was thinking he had just made a fool of himself. He sat back down in the same chair this whole thing started in.

Crimson nods when he leaves and finishes cleaning the chair. She was just about to head up the stairs, when she hears the front door open again. She smiles when Riku walks back in. She assumed he forgot something. Then he surprises her and asks if she wants to spend the day with him. Her smile widens and she giggles when he tries to cover it up. "I'd love to spend the day with you," she says with a kind smile. Her golden eyes look at him, waiting for a response. Did he really want to hang out with her? She had no idea where it came from, but she didn't care. She wanted to spend time with him. She really enjoyed his company. "What did you have in mind?" she questions.

Riku cleared his throat and did a sort of hand motion to the doorway. He didn't know what he looked like to her right now. But he was still going to try.
"Well if you will come with me my dear, it would be lunch first and than maybe...umm....a walk around the park or something? Or maybe the carnival if you don't want to just walk."
Riku was trying to sound cool and romantic. Like all the guys the had seen on tv had spoken to the girls that they liked. But he kinda messed up at the end of his talking.
He was playing with his car keys and looking kind of down wards. Thinking Crimson was going to change her mind of comeing with him today after the odd way he talked to her. Way did he always feel like it was never easy to talk to her like this. Like every time he tryed he couldn't think of what to say.

Crimson giggles and looks down. She was still in a nightgown. "Let me change real quick," she says with a smile. She rushes upstairs and quickly showers and fixes her long black hair. She puts on a red strapless top, which showed her semi-large breasts. Then she slides on a pair of tight-fitted black skinny jeans. Finishing with a bit of make-up, she slips on a pair of converse, then she is downstairs again. She does all this in less than 10 minutes. She really did love her vampire powers. "All done. I'm ready. Sorry for the wait," she says, playing with a lock of her black hair.

Riku didn't hear her when she was apologizing. He was too out of it from the way that she looked. He didn't notice his jaw was a little open till he got his senses back. He stood up straight and smiled wide to Crimson. Not that she was all done up her beauty really came out. Riku looked at himself than back at her. There's no way if they went out that other guys would start hitting on her and thing that Riku himself was just a small time friend. But he would have to think of a way to stop that later. He just wanted to go out with her.
"You look beautiful....."
Riku smiled again as he took her coat off the chair it was hanging off of from were she had left it the night before and hed it out for her to slip into.
"How about we go for all the above that I mentioned? A walk, the carnival, and lunch? What do you say?"
Riku was trying to spend as much time with her as he could now. Something in him mind clicked and at that point he didn't care what kind of mess they got into.
