The mirror maze that is mentioned is a nod to Something Wicked This Way Comes. I figured that Kaze is a more benevolent Mr. Dark though.
Okie, it's kind of obvious who the black haired man with red bandages wrapped around his eyes is, but I left it a mystery for now.
Yes, Haku and Zabuza. Shinsetsu and Kokoro are also among the children of the troupe. There are reasons for me including dead ninja. Hell, Kimimaro is the manager for the freak show, (which I haven't done anything yet because I'm resisting the urge to steal from a certain movie).
The town and it's people will be introduced in the next chapter. 3nodding

I just started reading it but I just got a thought, maybe you should add gypsies if you hadn't already. The traveling around reminded me off that. eek

Ooh, do you have a magician? That would be neat as well. Plus you can probably use dark magic if it is is a dark circus.

Yup, a magician and a hypnotist in addition to the fortune teller. And aerial acrobatics and jugglers, and sword swallowing. All sorts of stuff.
And yes, dark magic shall be used. 3nodding

Oh gosh, what I have in mind is so much fun. 3nodding
And I wanna use the guy in my new post format, so I might end up having one of the twins dye his hair black for the story xd
Have him dress all in black while his brother dresses all in red. I was having their clown makeup being mostly very pale faces with a black star painted over opposite eyes and black lipstick. (Shaddup Kiss fans, I like Star Child's make-up). Still thinking on that though.
And that song would be really great for this story.

I wanted to use it for awhile, but didn't know how to go about it and the story just reminded me of it again and how fitting it is.
I never heard of star child, the guy in the pic looks sort of familiar though.

Paul Stanley of the rock band Kiss was also known as Star Child because of his make-up. He does to me too, so I'm a bit annoyed that I can't place him. xd

Ah, I see. I like the star. Your avi reminds me of those people that walk across type ropes and if you need any interesting interesting ideas for dancers, yet me know. I have all sorts of different videos for belly dance-fans, swords, tribal, fire belts, etc...Its one of my passions in life. redface

Ah, I see. Still seems interest. I'm going to assume Karasu won't be in it, unless he has a different part.
And your welcome. Plenty more where that comes from. I use them to study and learn what makes a good dancer and what doesn't.
